    This was perfectly timed! I just released my debut novel yesterday and thanks to this video I now have an ad campaign running. Thank you so much 💖

    Another fantastic video. You offer some SERIOUS nuggets of wisdom and I really appreciate them. I struggle with Amazon Ads to be honest.
    Watched this and the Steetlib interview back-to-back. Loved them both.
    Thanks Dale. Have a great weekend.

      You are so welcome! As for ads, take it slow. Don't burn through a budget of $1,000 per day with these instructions. Start with maybe $1-$10 per day, tops. Then scale as you learn and grow. Glad you enjoyed the Streetlib interview. I've been wanting to get Julie on for awhile. She's a lot of fun to chat with and is very informed in the publishing business (both trad and self).

      @@DaleLRoberts Thanks for the tip on the Ads. I usually start small.
      I loved the little quiz at the end with Julie. That was fun.

    Yes sir… outstanding info, and you have produced an outstanding book on the subject. Unfortunately, those of us who are using aggregators cannot do advertising with KDp unless we go with a third-party. :(

      Tom, you missed that part where I talked about how folks NOT using KDP could get access. It's literally right at the beginning of the tutorial. So, no, you don't need a third-party. You just need Author Central. Go back and watch the video again, I explain it at 1:12.

    Hey, what do you mean 3 pen names per each one of your log ins? I thought you could only have 1 log in. Also I was womdering if you own 2 different LLC's if they could each have an account? Thanks for the video

      You're thinking of a KDP account. With Author Central, you can have up to three pen names. Watch the video series about Author Central that I mentioned in the video. That'll give you more context. For KDP, you can have as many pen names in one account as you'd like, you just can't have multiple KDP accounts.
      And no, you should NOT open more than one KDP account. I confirmed with the KDP team awhile ago. Their rule is simple - one person, one account. No exceptions.

    I am looking at switching to Amazon ads. My ads on facebook are suffering from ad fatigue.

    Hello Dale sir, my question is off topic, but I can't find proper answer anywhere. I often see books have additional images beside cover and back cover above the "Read Sample" button. But how to add them? I added A+ content for my book, also published my first book a few days ago. Wish I could add a screenshot so that you can understand it better but hope you can get it. Talked to ChatGPT and it says about Amazon seller account? I don't know if this is how to add the images. I'll be happy to hear from you.

    • @DaleLRoberts
      @DaleLRoberts  7 วันที่ผ่านมา

      You need a vendor or seller account to set up product pages and add images. That comes at a rather high premium, so proceed with caution.

      @I_am_Good_always 6 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@DaleLRoberts Yeah I thought so. Does that mean I have to pay for the images and need a subscription maybe. Later then, as it is my first book, it'll be better as it is. Thanks for the info Dale sir.

    • @DaleLRoberts
      @DaleLRoberts  6 วันที่ผ่านมา

      You'd have to provide the images, so that shouldn't cost anything unless you're hiring out. Other than that, you'd have to account for the annual/monthly subscription fee. And, I'm not sure that the image would remain if you closed down your vendor account. This is a gray area that not many authors have explored, so good luck if you get in and can do something with it.

      @@DaleLRoberts Understood, Maybe I'll try later. Feels like a hassle right now. I'll stick with A+ content, that'll do most of the job. Thanks again and really love your detailed information, it helped me a lot in my KDP journey.

    I normally list my series, like the 'Elves of Vacari,' in my sponsored ads, and I’m able to include all three books in one ad. It’s a helpful way to get the entire series in front of potential readers without having to run multiple ads. What was interesting from your comment, is separate the type of books which I didn't think about as I listed them all together.

      If it works, run with it. Test, test, test some more.
