I have had an intercaste marriage and I am soo glad that we both stood for each other and it's been 1.6 years since our marriage and we still are going strong...caste does not matter at all, what matters is if you two really love and want to be with each other. Parents and society Ko change krna is upto you. Don't give up.

@@mitushisharma8978 I understand ..alot depends on family , some bend , many don't. Many times families are actually concerned cause even if your partner accepts and respects you, their family don't always do the same.... especially cause girls have to move in with them so parents out of concern act for their daughters ...which they would understand if you make them understand but first you need to be confident that you won't have any issues . If families are not agreeing just for their ego then they won't ever understand. I was lucky that my parents understood and I knew I won't face any issues from my partner's family either. So first and foremost you be sure . Only when you are 100 pc sure that ur partner would stand by you nomatter what his family says and does , then fighting with your family makes sense...if not , better move on.

Just going through this fear day by day....and I truly love him. I've never thought to be in relationship but this was totally unexpected. I always knew that my family is never gonna accept all these things but then I truly fell for him. There's no chance to back out now. Solution to this is make your career, if you become something, definitely no one can stop you. Just realise how deep is your love, or is it only entertainment for future suspense, parents will say yes or no. Be practical. Stop being Victim!

I've been rejected by my girl parents.. Because of this bloody CASTE... they being a educated n well settled family from a well developed city still they are the same old schooled minded characters..
