We're not huddled in one place-we span the galaxy. We need no lords or leaders-so you can't destroy our command. We can live without technology-so we can fight with our bare hands. We have no species or bloodline-so we can rebuild our ranks with others who want to join us. We're more than just a people or an army, aruetii. We're a culture. We're an idea. There is a difference between being good at _hunting, dueling and skirmishes_ - and being good at all out war. Something the Jedi themselves proved at Geonosis. Massive strategic battles do not pivot on the individual prowess of soldiers, but on the application of the combined power of all forces, and just as important, logistics. Using what is effectively Special Ops in front line assaults waste the advantages of Special Forces units. There is a reason for the saying that *War is the sport of Kings.*
I don't think a lot of the Jedi had any military experience prior to Geonosis. This was an emergency situation and an evacuation. The Jedi and clones weren't going to conquer Geonosis; they were going to rescue Anakin, Obi-Wan, and Padme (and maybe capture Dooku).
Manthan Shah yea what shah said, imagine if revan had won, but not fallen to the dark side, an was able to lift up a generation of jedi warriors that had the power of the sith, and the wisdow of the jedi. Becoming adept at warfare to better counter forces like the mandos the sith and the vong. Mwahahaha
@@moguldamongrel3054 The very idea of being a warrior is against the Jedi code actually to be a warrior you often have to seek out a battle be it to defend or prevent harm to that which you fight for. The Jedi will let thousands die with out lifting a finger if they think or can be tricked into thinking it's the greater good. The Sith and the Jedi are deeply flawed and you see that in the old EU and it is addressed by Darth Treya and Revan before he went all light side again. They Jedi are poor warriors from the out set of their thinking thus giving them a flaw that smart warriors can exploit as the Mandalorians did.
eh, you can train to become a capable warrior without any aggressive motive (see Mace Windu, a very compassionate warrior Jedi). i think a Revan-led jedi order would have been cool af to see. Understand the skills of Yoda, for example, the strongest duelist in the order. he trained not to be a 'warrior' in the traditional sense, but became one feared by Sith nonetheless. Jedi should be warriors of the light like Yoda - honing their skills in preparation for war against the dark. seems most jedi became ignorant to the fact that their sith counterparts' only goal is to eradicate the light. training with these things in mind would surely create a more battle-ready jedi order, and being a jedi is not inherently about being "good," its about preserving the light at all costs.
This is why I adore the Mandalorians, they are well trained, smart and know what they are doing. It's not some space magic or super tech it's skill and the will to use it at it's best in the Star Wars universe.
@@ThatManiacbucket I generally would disagree with you however I agree with you that mandos of the old republic era where far deadlier not by skill but by the abundant access to beskar when they had control of it at the time, today mandos relay heavily on skill and are far more lethal since they can't fully rely on their Durasteel armour against Jeti'n sith.
Jango's armor wasn't made of Beskar. It was just very thin durasteel. Post Geonosis, The Mandalorian Protectors began wearing beskar gorgets to prevent decapitation by lightsaber wielders.
In fairness, Maul was very restrained in his use of the force during that duel. He probably could've simply force-choked Viszla to death, or thrown him out of a window, but he wanted to beat him without having to resort to such tactics. I think he used just enough of his force powers to level the playing field with Viszla's equipment (blaster, flamethrower, jetpack, etc). He wanted to prove he was the superior warrior.
So take maul out, insert mando vs sidious ....enough said. Maul was not serious. No way, mando hanging in their with his fakesaber. I cant stand hack writters and recon starwars with disney.
"You won't join the monolithic all powerful state?" "This is Mandalore so no." "Guess it's time for Exterminatus!" Wow, I already disliked the Republic, but I really hate them now.
Why do I feel like they said more than "no" it is Mandalore after all. Edit: I went and looked things up, and them not wanting to join isn't even half of it.
@@charleslathrop9743 Mandalore didn't just say no. The reason the Republic wanted them to join was because they wanted to influence Mandalore to stop them from attacking other planets and capturing slaves. Mandalore said no and continued attacking ships and nearby planets trying to get jedi to fight them as they saw the jedi as the ultimate foe. They bit off more than they could chew when the Republic got fed up, since they rejected diplomacy, and sent in their military. Which humbled the Mandalorians quite a bit, most likely permanently. They created their own demise, as it wasn't the first time they had poked the Republic.
You know what would make a good star wars movie? Rey talking to a Palpatine clone and he reveals the reason why he created the empire to save the galaxy from the Vong. Cue a Vong warrior appearing and killing Rey Roll end credits
@@ratbat1072 You'd think so but they keep taking Legends material and making it canon so who knows *shrugs* Honestly their main problem with the EU was how convoluted, hypocritical and confusing it is, ironic how they've made canon pretty much the same.
There's nothing really convoluted about the Jedi's code. They're peacekeepers, cops with superpowers. Police Officers are armed with firearms, almost always a sidearm, yet they are instructed to use them only when they have to as a last resort (this is not always the case, obviously). The Jedi are the same way. They are not out to conquer enemies, but to neutralize conflicts and mediate situations. It's in battle that this doctrine is tested, and we do see that rule become flexible because violence is the only way to stop the aggressors, in this case the Mandalorians. Because to be quite honest, the idea of overly aggressive Jedi whipping out their lightsabers for anything is a scary thought, isn't it? Yeah, those people are called the Sith, and we don't like them very much, do we?
The Jedi...the Sith....to the galaxy they're the same thing. Men and women with too much power, squabbling over religion while the rest of us burn. At least the sith are honest what they're killing for. The jedi are pacifists except in times of war. They're teachers... except when it comes to tell their students the truth. And when they save you it's only so you can suffer more.~Atton Rand's thoughts on the jedi and force users in general. And i agree with him mostly-
J Sailer In theory, the Jedi are these super friendly pacifistic cops who only care about others and do everything right, but they aren’t. The code is convoluted and contradictory. It expects emotionless caring, selflessness whilst growing up rich on the galactic capital, balance while executing anyone who disagrees as heretics, peace while they put themselves as super soldiers for a corrupt bureaucratic mess. Most Jedi where narcissistic ignorant asswholes who thought that because they where Jedi they could do whatever they wanted and were just born to rule and at the top. The sith where just people who got kicked out ( and then massacred for their heresy) and forced to live in the poor and lawless outer rim where the Jedi almost never went, and who didn’t pretend to be good when they forced worlds under their oppressive control through the old republic version of a Death Star attack.
@@vadfarkas14 No different than Superheroes then, or in real life governments, institutions, religion, etc. etc. But for all their flaws, we cannot do without them. Other wise, we are left to the mercy of those who care not for civility. In this case, without the Jedi, without their guidelines teaching Force Users not to be complete assholes who rule through force (no pun intended), then we are left with a very big problem. About .0001% of the galactic population have superpowers. What happens when they want to rule the other 99.999%?
Both the Jedi and Sith were flawed. The Jedi just tried to hide their flaws while the Sith were honest about their flaws. Really, both extremes were bad and unbalancing to the Force, and that is why it is good they both are dying out.
@@Aidan-zc8wx No, it's not good because eliminating them only to replace them with something else only leads to the same problem happening. A real life example is the Soviet Union becoming worse than Tsarist Russia. Everytime the Sith are annihilated, they come back as something worse. The same could be said for the Jedi. You don't need to wipe out the Jedi or the Sith for 'balance' to be restored (what does that even mean?) Instead, allow for a reformation to happen, y'know, the thing all religions went through at some point? Allow for Luke Skywalker to learn from the mistakes of the past, and build a new Order. Or not. Instead, just have him preach about the Jedi needing to end and then have Rey go and do his job for him. Look, the Jedi Order's code is like the Codex Astartes from 40k. It was a book of guidelines, not actual rules. However, the desperate situation both the Imperium and the Jedi found themselves in (post-Horus Heresy and Dark Age, respectfully) caused them to adhere to the code like a lifeline. Guidelines became rules, and a change in ideology is needed. Again, a reformation. Instead, we got a rehash of the OT where nothing was learned. Because what is old is now new again.
I remember in Rebels the Empire developed a super weapon which killed mandalores but not stormtroopers somhow... I wrote this at 3 am, so I'm probably a bit wrong...
The Duchess! Yet it was created by Sabine Wren. Although she did destroy her work to safe her people, the Empire got the instructions to remake it. Until Sabine had to destroy it again.
It used the fact that Stormtrooper armor is made from Duraplasts while mando armor is made from Beskar to have electricity surge through the mando armor, killing the wearer. As far as I can remember, at least
The Bloodbender At least until Sabine reprogrammed the Duchess to reverse the effects (leaving Mandalorian armour alone, but now slowly frying StormTrooper armour instead). That is till Bo Katan persuaded her to destroy the weapon instead of wiping the Imps out (cause honour).
Technically, the Duchess did nothing to the armor except super heat it. The armor would be perfectly fine in the end, but the person inside would be disintegrated.
One other main reason mandalorians were unrivaled in being able to fight force users, which I'm surprised wasn't mentioned, was muscle memory. As stated Jedi, even though well trained, still rely heavily on the force to anticipate what an opponent intends to do next during combat. Through mandalorian training however all there actions become muscle memory which is why force users have such a hard time countering them. Cant predict what your opponent is going to do when they themselves dont thing just react.
For that sweet long range kill its best to just do as Mandalorians do and nuke them from orbit. However if you must face a Wookiee, best do like the Vong and drop a moon on it.
Killing a Jedi is not that hard honestly. No attacking them frontally. Use poison gas that is effective through skin contact. Or simply attack the jedi indirectly. Make him adhere to the self destructive path of pacifism. Attack the friends and allies that are close by. Endanger others. The jedi will rush to help opening up an area for your attack. Also never overplan the assasination of a jedi. Their pesky ability to see the future and sense threats could ruin it.
The problem it really only works until the galaxy realizes say an AK47 is cheaper to produce and just as efficient at killing organics as any other blaster. Then it becomes common enough Jedi will simply incorporate Terran arms into their training to learn how to counter and use them against their enemy, they'll essentially become Magneto accept on everything and not just metal. At which point we'll move done to second holding our position because we actually have professionally trained soldiers not even mentioning SOF personal who would be trained to kill jedi if need be. But the Mandalorians will have incorporated a vierty of our weapons into their own arsenal through trade and once again become the top killer of jedi in the galaxy. Because Mandalorians are only limited by what they have access to they'll adapt better equipment into their arsenal if they can aquire it.
You truly act like this would work. Unless you have extensive and I mean extensive exclusive knowledge about only one Jedi because what applies to want one apply to the next. Or you going to kill a pallet wall or a newly crowd Jedi Knight or weakling Jedi. A good bit of those methods are or may not work.
It is possible to use the force for protection against flamethrowers and other energy based weapons, but it is a very difficult technique that most Jedi did not or are unable to learn.
I reckon a good old slugthrowing shotgun would be especially devastating against the Jedi. Hell, I bet a blaster shotgun could deal with them easy. They can't possibly block up to a dozen energy bolts in a given second.
Alan! Loved the accent!. Know what else i would love? A video on the differences between a character on film, novels and other source's like clone wars series etc. In particular Darth maul and boba fett. I've noticed some large difference with those characters and how they are portrayed
Why Mandalorians Are Great at Hunting Jedi ? 1# Tons of battle experience. 2# Firepower, gadgets and equipment to do it. 3# They are born and raised to fight, starting training in the art of war at a very early age. 4# Like you said they are smart fighters and shrew tacticians and strategists.
Yeah, I had this Madolorian Grey Jedi/Sith in a saga edition campaign years back. He wore black Mando armor with silver trimming. In the center of the chest piece was a silver Mythosaur skull. He had a big ass black cape inspired by batman. He wielded two silver bladed Lightsabers. I forget if the armor was made of cortosis or Beskar. He became the next Mandalore. He was Mandalore The Defiant. Ah, those were the good times. I eventually will revive him for a Star Wars FFG campaign at some point in the future. This time he can be so much more.
i always felt that a mandos armor and the way they use it makes them such a deadly foe. their armor nullify's a jedis lightsaber and their jetpacks afford massive mobility bonuses, think of all the times we see mandos in combat in the movies and shows, when they had the jetpack functional they have an advantage in combat, when its damaged or destroyed they tend to lose their heads....
Peace keeper role was more push on them do to the consiquese of the Russan reformation. Before that they were just a military order. It said tge reason why the Clone War Jedi were weaker then Jedi of the old Republic, and the Sith Wars.
Jedi nuking Mandalore out of nowhere look to be a retcon or new canon stuff because I remember reading that the Mandalorian nuke there own planet do to a civil war. The Mandalorian unable to fight other turn on themselve and destroyed there own planet. Some other guy even pointed this out as well.
The video in a nutshell: mando'a hit everyone in the face because they can, jedi hit them back with force. And this Triggered a reaction creating the best type of fighter ever known in the galaxy(and also good looking). So much soo Vitiate used them has a task force to weaken the republic.
I would expect much more from a chiss. There are plenty of better fighters, and fighting organizations in the Star Wars Galaxies .Mandos just have the claim of fame.
@@lancealot4001 I'm not including space wizard in any shape or form in my list of fighter, so rakata, sith warrior, dark royal guard etc... Don't count. Of course you could say trando are better fighter because of their natural attribute to hunt and fight but again, a Mando can be a trando, wookie or any race for that matter. Although I'm curious to know what kind of fighter were you thinking about?
Mitth'raw'dorito's you are correct. I should have explained better. I agree mando if going by cannon was a culture.( not the actual race). So i agree any race can be a mando. As far as fighters , i meant other races that were know for fighting or specialize in warfare/fighting like the mandos. Such as Alion nova guard, sun guard of thyrsus(the guys sidious base his royal guards off of, then to make imperial royal/shadow guards. The imperial royal guards to me would be more if not a great debate challenge for mandos. They have better showings and feats than all mandos.
@@izzygolden4319 I see, but I have to disagree on the last part. You see royal guard have a lot of weapon to their disposal and they're well train however, their armor doesn't have a shield or made of beskar. Beside from what I saw mandalorian are train to be warrior from childhood whereas royal guard are train around the age of 18. In terms of feat mandalorians have quite the list, mandalore the ultimate held his own against Revan(one of if not the most powerfull force user) and Jango defeated 5 jedi with his hands (well he also used rocks and snow but still, no blaster). And the list goes on. I just can't imagine a scenario where a royal guard would get the better of a mandalorian, if he try to attack him with his weird stick or get close the Mando can use his jet pack and shout him down. If he were to use blasters against the Mando he will either shoot first and kill the RG or take the shoots and shoot back because has seen in star wars rebel and other comics beskar block blaster bolt like it's nothing.
Mitth'raw'dorito's I agree. Excellent points. I didn't wish to use the most powerful members of both these respected fractions. I believe that mid tier showings or ""average joe" better reflects either parties as a whole. When i said imperial guards I was not specific enough, was referring Imperial Sovereign protectors, Sorry about that. But Kir Kanos and carnor jax(i know force user so not fair). Their training is more on par, is not more. Only the top 2 of a class are chosen. They then fight to the death, the one left is chosen, and in kir kanos case fought vader.
Boba Fett trained Jaina Solo to fight her brother Jacen Solo aka Darth Caedus. The Sword of the Jedi owned Caedus. Damn, that whole trilogy/series was a Great Read.
False.......proof. last time i checked and read, she barely hurt him. Jacen was not even truly trying to fight her ALLOUT, like she was him.WHY,because he was using the force to save his daughter, and kept trying to tell her. But like all dumb mandos shoot ask later. Only after did she realize what he waa doing. And i havent njo for years....
@@lancealot4001 You both are right. Jacen was distracted by protecting his daughter and that was a factor, but he did realize that Jaina was capable of beating him in close combat as he could not use the force to push her back because he could not lose focus on the duel. Mandalorian dueling style used when fighting force users, get in their face and make them focus on the swordplay and not on using the force.
I just realized mando armor is really good for unloading their blaster back at the jedi. Jet pack also lets them avoid most of the danger. The armor could block majority of returning bolts.
Simple actually Mandalorians are the third side of the force they are not consumed by no do they shun their emotions they have the balance of a true warrior.
I think the biggest factor here is information. The Mandalorians fought the Jedi on many occasions and had many opportunities to consolidate their gained knowledge, train to fight Jedi, develop weapons and tactics that were effective against Jedi, and pass down their knowledge, skills and technology to younger generations who they also taught to hate Jedi with a passion. Beskar helped too though, since it was one of the reasons that they survived their encounters with the Jedi in the first place.
That's the reason why George Lucas hardly show the use of any fragmentation grenades or shotguns that spray out multiple slugs with one round. There is no way for a light saber to defend against simultaneous grenade fragments or or a spray of dozens of 12-gauge slugs or a 1000rpm Gatling gun, no matter how fast they anticipate where you are going to shoot them at. Hence, in a realistic universe, the Mandos will easily defeat the Jedi knights, who are bringing knives to gunfights and are often outnumbered, being the reluctant heroes that they are; but of course,, Star Wars canon claims that such a high-tech, no holds barred, war-like hard-core Mandalorian culture prefers not to use such simple ideas as grenades and shotguns against Jedi armed only with just long energy knives who walks into war zones without even a helmet on because it messes up their hairstyles. lol. For instance, even in a one-to-one combat between a Mando and a Jedi, the Mando's "whistling birds" guided missile gauntlet weapon can easily defeat the Jedi. You just need one round to get through a Jedi's monastic cotton robes.
@@soluslupus8383 I understand why she never completed them, but I really wish she had regardless. Out of all the star wars Authors she actually had Naval experience which I think helped make the stories so much better and realistic.
@@vexile12 I know about Tarre Vizsla. But he was a Mandalorian that was inducted by the Jedi. I was thinking about Mandalorian Force Users who were independent of the Jedi.
If the Mandalorian knew how to use their power the Jedi would be at a great disadvantage. For a Jedi, fighting a Mandalorian in itself is nothing like fighting a Sith. A Jedi's powers directly counter a Sith's, and most of their philosophy relies upon purging the very power they wield (the dark side). Whereas Mandalorians evolve from their past encounters and have made technology and martial arts specifically designed to kill Jedi. Even without technology and skill, a Jedi and a Mandalorian's beliefs do not mix well together. Jedi are raised to preserve peace; Mandalorians are raised to do nothing but fight, test their limits, and put their lives on the line; whether they win or lose, it's their gain.
Why don’t the more modern Mandos keep the spikes on their pauldrons? They would have done a good job protecting the Mando at their armors weak spot at the neck. They Are perfect for blocking + trapping lightsabers and other melee weapons and would have worked well in keeping Jango from losing his head while battling Windu.
In many ways the Mandalorians are like the Japanese Pre-World-War-2, a mighty warrior race who bit off more than they could chew, brought low by a super weapon that forced them on their collective knees, begging for mercy and an unconditional surrender. But I wouldn't call the aerial bombardment unprovoked, unfair, nor unjust, they brought it on themselves, they're lucky their enemies took pity on them and spared them rather than exterminating them like the vermin that they actually are. You don't spare a rabid dog, you put it down!
Mandalorian culture is intertwined with fighting Jedi for millenia. They are also a culture of warriors similar to spartans. Fighting all their lives. They can easily kill a jedi with their bare hands cuz they adapted to the jedi fighting styles which Jedi fail to change anything about who they are or their strategies, fighting styles, or standard operating procedures. See Mandalorians are hundreds of years ahead of jedi. Most of their gear is fitted to fight jedi. Their armor is made to withstand lightsabers. I mean what more do u need to understand that Mandalorians are made to kill force users and they do it well.
@@dynjarren5454 yet, a mando can kill Jedi with their bare hands. The number of Jedi that died to a Mandalorian is mighty high, rivals the deaths at the hands of sith. Most casualty producing weapon the Mandalorians hold are flame throwers and lead slingers... plus their hands.
@Alfredo only reason Jango died to Mace is because his jet pack malfunctioned. Thats it. As for obi-wan, Jango was mopping the floor with him when it came to close quarters. That is undeniable. Why else do you think he stopped using blasters and stepped up with projectiles and hand to hand. Jango won. Jedi have been falling to mandalorians for centuries, this means Jedi masters as well. Shea Vizla is a prim example of a jedi killer. Do not underestimate a culture that grew into a Jedi's worst nightmare.
Will you PLEASE cover how the jet pack on Jango or Boba WORK?!?! I never see them press buttons to launch the rocket, nor voice activate the hover feature....
I don't think so. Mandalorians tend to lose when the Jedi attack them at full force. We had that battle between Dooku and Jango where Dooku's Jedi obliterated Jango's forces. Then in the Mandalorian Wars, Revan and his Jedi annihilated the Mandalorian army. The Mandos only win if it's their best vs. some no-name Jedi, like say, Boba Fett against a few stragglers who survived Order 66. Otherwise, when the Jedi actually care about wiping out the Mandalorians, they succeed practically every time. And let's not even bring the Sith into the mix-they would have no problems annihilating Mandalorians.
I say it more like they tend to win when they attack the Jedi equivalent of cops but lose when they attack the Jedi equivalent of SWAT or soldier who are not piece keeper and are actively looking to kill them.
Yeah but jedi and Sith are the only ones actually capable of really standing against the mandalorians anyone else just gets destroyed and mandolorians are capable for standing against jedi they only really have issues against warrior jedi.
Revan beat them because he was willing to make sacrifices that no other Jedi general would have made. Example: He sacrificed planets and used the mass shadow generator. I got this from kotor 2. When they fought Dooku, a jedi master at the time, they were in the middle of a civil war with deathwatch and even then, Django beat 3 knights barehanded. They were even able to push back the vong when they attacked their planet at a cost of the 3rd of their population. Something the jedi and the republic had a harder time doing when the vong attacked coruscant.
The Jedi always need the help of the Republic to fight the Mandalorians. On their own they can't even beat droids without getting a bunch of budget mandalorians to fight their war for them. And Revan didn't defeat the Jedi in single combat, he defeated them using tickery. He couldn't defeat them as a Jedi, so he fought them as a Mandalorian would instead. It was impressive. Using the mass shadow generator, he defeated them using what essentially amounted to a giant planetary suicide bomb. By the time of Malachor V, the Republic were on their last legs and they were about to be defeated. They got fucking lucky. Next time though... ;D
Gaius Baltar Dooku and his Jedi managed to obliterate Jango's Mandalorian army despite being horribly outnumbered. That, and the Republic troops were near-useless against the Mandalorians without Jedi support. Also, the Droid Army of the CIS makes even the Mandalorian army under Mandalore the Ultimate look puny in comparison, so no shit, the Jedi needed that Clone Army.
Even despite what the Jedi did to them and their home world, the Mandalorians still admired and respected them as having been a worthy opponent. This is what they were all about, not fighting a war because they sought to win and crush their enemies, but because they relished war in the moment. Their culture viewed it as the purest and possibly the noblest of things, whether they won or lost. Technically it was the Republic that 'won' the Mandalorian Wars, but it was the Jedi that actually defeated them and earned their respect as an adversary.

On the field I'd give to the mando.. barely but ship vs ship the predators would annihilate the mandos or any star wars ship for that matter, the technology is vastly superior
Generally speaking killing Jedi are easier than Sith because Jedi are taught to use the force defensively and not offensively, this is the reason why they cannot easily access more destructive powers such as lightning manipulation, pyrokinesis and cyrokinesis. The Jedi may be master combatants but their use of the Force is usually more limited to defensive powers and are generally less willing to use offensive power since that requires more tapping into the Dark Side and is considered too risky by most Jedi. When you mentioned Pre Vizsla fight with Maul, I can say that Maul clearly wanted avoid to using his more direct force powers since that will be considered dishonorable according to Mandalorian society and laws and thus would not gain the trust and support of Death Watch.
Jedi: hey mando! (activates lightsaber) Give me all your money Mandolorian: (faking heart attack) call a medical droid, call a medical droid! (Primes flame thrower) But not for me!

Mandalorians incorporate a lot of weapons into their armour to counteract Telekinetics disarming them. But Jedi could _push the buttons_ and play merry hell with a Mandalorian… Fire off rockets while they are aimed at the feet or anywhere not in the direction of the Force user - and what if a gun is being held in the way of the wrist mounted mini rocket? The wielder could dishand themself instead of being disarmed. Trigger the jetpack when there is something overhead, or just steer it into a Sarlac pit. And any grenades or explosives are just a suicide hazard facing someone who could remotely activate the detonator. Friendly fire capture cables, launch a backpack mounted rocket into the ceiling, cause the flamer fuel tank to leak. And pulling wires shouldn't be too hard for a trained Jedi. Now imagine a Sith playing dirty. And why didn't the Jedi develop their own anti Mandalorian anti-anti-Jedi techniques and technology… oh wait, they did, it's called getting *the Republic Navy to bombard their Homeworld.* Still, could have been worse, just ask any Alderaanian. But still versus a Mandalorian in full kit there are tools and tactics that would work. Often just the Mandalorians own tricks used back at them, specifically ranged fire. With no Force abilities to counter it, supernaturally accurate blaster or projectile fire would kill a Mandalorian fast, and prevent them raining fire down on the Jedi. Then there is throwing your own explosives with the accuracy of a tracker being thrown onto a escaping ship. And against massed fire or other weapons, a hand held Force Shield would be a better defense than a Lightsaber targeting individual shots coming in. A Mandalorian hunting Jedi might be equipped with a large Gungan style force shield [I've become fixated on why they weren't widely used, were they radioactive and only Gungans were immune?) and a powerful accurate ranged weapon to either penetrate the armour, or enable Force guided precision shots at weak points. Or to be really mean, just dress up in Mandalorian armour as well. To level the playing field so that Force sensitivity would be able to unbalance it again. Or in large battles to confuse the Mandalorians, especially if the Jedi user Battle Meditation or just Identify Friend or Foe via the Force. That Jedi just kept using the same tactics and gear shows a lack of innovation, and general stagnation. Perhaps Jedi Grand Masters all tend to be hundreds of years old and unwilling to adapt to new situations - looking at you Kermits scrotum.
I like your style. Honestly why couldn't a jedi crush a mandos helmet around their head, much less gaulet or even their armor around their body. We see vader throw stuff at luke. Obi wan in movie uses a trick to disrupt General Grievous electronics and then uses it again on Anakin's robotic hand.... The list goes on.

Maul vs Pre Viszla lightsaber duel's underrated lightsaber duel in Star Wars imo. Idk, I always like seeing Force user vs Non-Force user.
Ik right there's almost a sense of imbalance
In fairness, Maul was very restrained in his use of the force during that duel. He probably could've simply force-choked Viszla to death, or thrown him out of a window, but he wanted to beat him without having to resort to such tactics. I think he used just enough of his force powers to level the playing field with Viszla's equipment (blaster, flamethrower, jetpack, etc). He wanted to prove he was the superior warrior.
Yeah me too. When a non-force user gets close to a force user in combat, the non-force user gets hella brutal.

Mandalorians are a Jedi killers
Me: “that’s cute”
@Jadenz Nah leave that one to Aniken lmao
And i agree with him mostly-
J Sailer
In theory, the Jedi are these super friendly pacifistic cops who only care about others and do everything right, but they aren’t.
Mandalorians are like the predators to the Jedi xenomorphs

Keep in mind Pre Vizsla held his own against the guy who killed LIAM NEESON. That's pretty impressive.
One big reason why Mandalorian Swordmasters gave both the Jedi and Sith pause
Ah, the race of enemy sorcerers... as the Armorer revealed to us.
Let me save you 10 minutes and 9 seconds: Fire
To kill a Jedi personally at short, mid to long range, the Blue Marble's best of the best firearms are well for those tasks. Agree anyone?

*sigh*

Not exactly uncommen

Anybody else noticing that most of the Republics problems can be solved by just having an army from the offset. Maybe not having jedi run it either.
I have a bad feeling that the Mandalorian won´t serve the Mandalorians justice.
Disney is probably gonna tone it down and make it more morally black and white.
I am cautiousy exited for it.
@@VTZ3R0 mind to share it with me?
haven´t seen it yet, due to no being avaliable in my country yet.
no mayjor spoilers pls, but I already know about baby yoda.
@@DerAnanasKing Mando does make some questionable choices. Both in his work and the people he cares about. Already seeing some developments. I think you'll like it.
@@VTZ3R0 I will definetly check it out once it will be avaliable outside of Disnex+ and in my country.
I have not really a desire to deal with Disney+ as a website.
I was there once, for 2 minutes and am still houted by ads for Star wars action figures.
why cant you stop making such great videos
How will the Mandalorians view Planet Earth and the Terrans?
As target practice?
"Terrans"?
@@nobleman9393 Terrans=Earthlings
How about Mandalorian invasion of Earth?
Weak.
Very good video and a great job to the people for making generation Tech keep up the good work
I hope you like this suggestion but make a video on why out of all the clones in the 501st why was it Appo to become Commander of the 501st?
I like the Mandalorian ships like the ones from the clone wars and rebels that had the wings that could spin around.
Solid and detailed vid; subbed
Turn on captions at 8:26.
HAHA THE meilooruns
9:15 Ah your approaching me?
I guess Jango Fett couldn't keep his head in the game. Oh, somebody already made that joke.
Keep your head in the game buddy
What about a Mandelorian force user?
Mandalore: Mandalore stronk! Crush the Republic!
Lord Revan: I am gonna wreck this planet from the High Ground!
Man, when Revan was done there was barely ANY ground.
Windu be like: "Do you even force bro?"
Generation tech, youtube is constantly unsubscribing me and hiding your content from me. I've resubsrcibed at least 4 or 5 times now.
The aussie accent was on-point af.
Jango forgot his neck plate
7:17 Ohhh Kyle Hill from Because Science was right, a realistic Lightsabre is just hot enough to melt a bullet (almost all bullets actually) into hot molten lead... and at least a bullet just goes through you, hot molten lead will burn you, and/or set you on fire and if not that, it's lead and so you're gonna get poisoned... Because Scien..... AHHHH This is what lava on Mustafar must feel like!!!
Great work brother
He almost sounded like Garand Thumb at 8:37.
wonder if the Mandalorians ever heard of the planet Myrkr? if i was a mandalorian bounty hunter i would keep a pack of Vornskr at my side. use them as both my war hounds and use them as blood hounds to track my bounty. when facing a Jedi or any force user i would attach a couple of Ysalamir all over my body and just blast away from a distance using my jet pack and duel blaster.
7:26 is it just me or does that look like some sorta custom Tommy Gun?
Who would win?
Asguardians or Mandalorians
I'd like to see a Noghri Mandalorian. That'd be a straight up bad-ass!
And hard to hit
Allen, Generation Techs Local Buffy.
They have permanent high ground
How would a Mandalorian fare against a Yautja Hunter?
Crush Gauntlets... nuff said
Better yet Crush Throat.
*Crushgaunt ... nuff said.
Jedi: hey mando!
(activates lightsaber)
Give me all your money
Mandolorian: (faking heart attack) call a medical droid, call a medical droid!
(Primes flame thrower)
But not for me!
What comics books are the images from? I want to read them!
Us Mando'ade became expert swordsmasters, for those that learn the skill and many do, Can fight on the level of most force users... it takes the best of the best swordsmen, like Maul, to beat a Mando'ade Swordmaster...
So a real world equal to a Mandalorian would be a Spartan maybe?
Or mongols
Mandalorians incorporate a lot of weapons into their armour to counteract Telekinetics disarming them.
But Jedi could _push the buttons_ and play merry hell with a Mandalorian…
Fire off rockets while they are aimed at the feet or anywhere not in the direction of the Force user - and what if a gun is being held in the way of the wrist mounted mini rocket? The wielder could dishand themself instead of being disarmed.
Trigger the jetpack when there is something overhead, or just steer it into a Sarlac pit.
And any grenades or explosives are just a suicide hazard facing someone who could remotely activate the detonator.
Friendly fire capture cables, launch a backpack mounted rocket into the ceiling, cause the flamer fuel tank to leak.
And pulling wires shouldn't be too hard for a trained Jedi.
Now imagine a Sith playing dirty.
And why didn't the Jedi develop their own anti Mandalorian anti-anti-Jedi techniques and technology… oh wait, they did, it's called getting *the Republic Navy to bombard their Homeworld.*
Still, could have been worse, just ask any Alderaanian.
In the new Disney comic Vader kill an a entire Rebel army in second by pushing the on button of all the troop thermal detonator.
Verpine shatter gun, always wondered how to pronounce that.
