Arc 6 is 100% better in the novel format so I recommend to read, but ofc since we know the anime is coming you can wait for that. Arc 5 is going to be better in anime form if the trailer is what the whole season is going to look like.

I also read arc 5 and have to agree parts of it weren't as enjoyable to read as other arcs (parts with Garfiel were fire). Only great animation would make arc 5 really good for me, but I also think the only good scene in this trailer was subaru vs sirius. unfortunately I don't have my hopes up for the anime.
The parts with Garf were probably my favorite, I’m excited to see that animated. I thought the trailer was good, but yeah the animation needs to be consistent. I feel as if this season will make or break the series, and set the precedent for future seasons(I hear that later arcs are even more crazier with the constant battles/action) I hope that season 3 ends up being a pleasant surprise for you, and everyone else!
