WOW! This took me back to memory lane. I absolutely loved Kenora Lived there 25 years ago from June right up until my accident in November of 1998. I fell off the bridge you drove over at the end of the video. Keora and the people there will always have a special place in my heart. I will be back someday! Thank you for the tour!
Cute little town, or city if you prefer. It definitely had a livelier feel when the old mill was still open. The downtown area has its problems but overall it's a decent little city. Only a 2 hour drive from Winnipeg too so that's a plus.
yes exactly. our music festival harbourfest is having its 30 year anniversary but the bands are not good and it is one night instead of 3 and they made it all ages. it used to be the premier concert but now the organizers don’t have any money. covid really did a number
I live here and there isn’t much to do, The Incredibly Hip played at the Houbourfront on June 29 th and we were home by 11, felt like I had a curfew. The downtown area is pretty quiet after 8 pm. We have a beautiful harbour front area, that has a parking lot, Bank of Montreal, Shoppers Drug Mart and a huge white (mildew/ mould) tent, that is only used maybe 3 months of the year. Farmers market on Wednesdays, a couple of graduations, maybe a few concerts, some small weddings, Bass Tournament weekend, boat show and Indigenous Day…but for the most part it’s not much. Kenora would be a great retirement town, but they done have enough housing for that.

You should do a tour of leaving kenora seeing that’s the only thing to do here
I love visiting kenora when i get sick of the flat lands of manitoba, i just wish ontario invested in tourism for the place cause its so beautiful.

What a cute little town
My dad is driving from winnipeg to kenora Ontario but nice
I have been here a lot of times I live in a little town it’s called grassy Narrows it’s a 1 hour drive from grassy to kenora
Is it closer or further from manitoba
@@anngabs2975 are there lot of jobs?
I drive through here to get to a trailer park that is like 40 minutes away and back
It was a nice place to grow up while i was there, but it's a one horse town with diddly to do. Work at mills or be an alcoholic, choose wisely
What a beautiful song!!! What is the title??
I swear kenora is never this beautiful
haha i live here. this was suggested in my feed lol. guess youtube knows where i live.
How many months of snow?
Nice
