The reason Cell lost here, was because his tail was reduced to a hole, if he still had it as a tail, he could transform into perfect cockroach Donkey Kong, and Eliminate Vegeta. Or Donkey Kong Vegeta could use Bingo Dance and befriend everyone that could see him.
This video is funny, but honestly, it also kinda makes sense and is an interesting concept. I am kinda surprised that Vegeta never considered combining the power of the Oozaru with Super Saiyan, even as a throwaway idea. Especially considering he's supposed to be a "brilliant tactition". So the idea of him being the first to discover Super Saiyan 4, as opposed to Goku, actually makes sense.
I was waiting for the DK sounds as soon as I saw the thumbnail, but I'm very happy that Vegeta's Technique was correctly identified as the means of success.

Not easy to write meaningful fights with it. At best the characters would want it to be a final last resort against an unbeatable enemy, but you can only do 2 things with it: win, or not win and do something else. We've already won with it in the saiyan saga, and gt did the other thing in the baby saga.
