1:33:25 Sal’s death was probably one of the few times in the Sam & Max games where I actually cared & mourned for. He made terrible mistakes sure, but in the end he died a hero while letting Sam have the chance to save his friend Max. Rest in Peace Sal… your sacrifice will not go in vain.

The Crimefighting ending is still the best ending of the game. :) The gorgeous lighting of the sunset in the remaster, along with a fantastic remix by Jared Emerson Johnson, ends the Devil's Playhouse remaster on such a fantastic note! Really happy how my favorite Sam and Max game was done so much justice. :D

I'm worried I can't tell if "sam&max season 4" is just an inside joke or fans are really that delusional. SkunkapeGames is a small team that took this long just remastering the games. They're magnitudes smaller than a team required to produce a BRAND NEW entire season.
If I had a nickle for everytime i've seen a fan favorite character die because they transformed into an eldritch horror, i'd had 2 nickles. Witch isn't a lot, but weird that it only happened twice.

Now we're at the end & this sure makes for one sad to happy ending of Sam & Max Remastered Trilogy! And man was it fun to watch from start to finish. Haha! You chosing the Crimefighting Ending in your gameplay since it's considered the Canon Ending which I find the best ending of it all since both Sam & Max ARE Freelance Police. This Final Episode Level of Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse Remastered was one surprising, thrilling & amazing Episode. Especially with Mr. Mr. Featherly, Sybil Pandemik, Statue Abraham Lincoln & Satan returning one last time with Sybil being the one to help mostly alongside Sam, Papierwaite & Norrington in stopping & saving Max. Which was alright since Sybil serves as an important character in this Episodic Level. Hell, I was surprised some & was even pretty hype in seeing her again in this Episode (at 10:25) just to help out in saving & stopping Max & the world. While their, Sam learns that the reason behind Max's Physic Powers was because of his Superego, who was also the Narrator of this whole game from the start because of Max's crude instincts & lack of morals over the years. But after Sybil goes into labor & Max ends up having the desire to Save Sybil causes his Superego to pull a Heel-Face Turn & decides to sacrifice himself & Max in order to save the world (& killing Girl Stinky & Skunkape in the process, which they deserve if you ask me). Though they couldn't bring back a Clone of Max to bring back the original, as it turns out with a form of Better Good Ending on Sam's part, Max from a parallel universe appears thus filling the hole in Sam's heart & vice versa with that Max. (Which is shown at 2:39:34) And just like that, this duo resumes their usual & fun Crimefighting Adventures in the end. Thus making it one memorable Ending of this Sam & Max Remastered Trilogy! Seeing as this is going to be the Last & Final Episode & Level of the Sam & Max Remastered Trilogy, I won't say anymore other then leave this Timestamps of which Part of the Level you'll be in game: The Start of the 1st Part of this Level we should all know of course (2:28), the second part in which Sam, Sybil & Papierwaite enters Max's body & look for areas in his body to take control of him (47:24), third part in which we meet The Narrator a.k.a. Max's Superego & Sam finding where the Cthonic Destroyer & Skunkape who has it is (1:35:44 - 1:36:29). Then comes the Boss Phase of this Episode Level. Starting the first part of it in which you have to trick Skunkape into trading the Destroyer Toy with the fake Devil's Toybox so Sam's Clone can give to the original Sam inside Max (2:12:05 & 2:12:16). Then the second part of Boss Phase in which you have to find a way to escape from Max's body as Superego & Max himself sacrifice themselves to save the world & Sybil (2:25:45). And that's pretty much all the Timestamps I can place. Lol! Now for the Comedy & funny moments that I find amusing the first time. Haha! From the moments with Sam shooting at the Flaming Max's (26:46, 27:39, 59:32, 1:07:56, 1:11:09 & 1:22:56), Sam's thoughts being heard thanks to the Thought Reading Cards Toy of Power about Sybil in which he has no control over it (1:03:52/1:04:06 - 1:04:15 - 1:04:55 - 1:05:24 - 1:05:58 - 1:06:53) & even moments that pretty laughable throughout this Final Episode Level as well (1:29:30, 2:00:38, 2:06:21 & 2:06:23, 2:14:27, 2:24:05). Plus that brief moment in which Sam yells & says "Jinkies!" like Velma Dinkly from Scooby Doo making a small nod & reference from her while looking at the projector showing the photo images (2:15:47). Lol Truly fun see for the first time. And thus makes this the end of what I have to say in my comment on your Final Part of this 3rd Sam & Max Remastered Trilogy. This was definitely a memorable & a well deserved game to enjoy just like the original, & it's my first time seeing it from you too. I'm giving this a 10/10 since it was enjoyable to watch & even play! Though don't know if they'll probably do a 4th new Sam & Max Game with this new enhanced graphics they've made for the trilogy, but if they do & you play it on your Channel, I'll be ready to watch it whenever I can. Totally glad that I got into the Sam & Max Series & starting watching your Walkthrough of it the moment I decided to get into it back in 2021.
