Doing a bit of research on this one, it would be impossible anyways on one playthrough because of the differing timelines of when Jurgen becomes a vampire. Turn him into a vampire after tricking Kringle, and you can't get the "Double Cursed" achievement; but do so before tricking Kringle blocks you out of the "Brotherhood of Yog-Soggoth" dialogue.

Ok so I have a concern. The remaster for this chapter of Sam and Max has a known soft lock involving a riddle and being cursed on a wall. Resulting in resetting to a previous chapter. To my knowledge this hasn’t been fixed. And with the remaster of The Devil’s Toy Box coming soon, I wonder if they’ve patched that or not.
