@Lost Battlefields w Tino von Struckman, Tino at 22.25 I’m so glad you mentioned EXP in the ceiling! I was going to mention the red det chord hanging off the wall as you entered Glad you got out safe too
Spectacular one Tino! Takes me back to some of the first - with the rough walls and dripping ceilings! I imagine working in those places or even building them and it is mind-blowing! THANK YOU for all you are doing! The way you choose to live and share your life really does make MOST EXCELLENT viewing/getting to share and so on ...
Pump your brakes AM. Mr. Tino has never let us down. Thats why you’ll be up bright and early to show some support and maybe some respect towards Mr. Tino. This is going to be bad azz.
Oh wow. This will be pretty fantastic to see. That was very cool. Shame there wasn't a way around the blasted parts of the tunnel, but probably better not to tempt fate anyway. Though it had to have made a heck of a racket when whoever took the death wheel grinder to that door. No way to do that in a subtle manner, lol. Good stuff, as always. Thank you much!
We like your shows about WWII locations in Germany. I worked in NATO for 2 years (between 1968 and 1970) at Stein - Neukirch (between Marburg and Seigen and south of Geissen), in the most beautiful part of S. Western Germany (American sector). Stein - Neukirch at that time was a new microwave radio nodal point and major main line repeater station (site) of the US Army Signal Corps. I loved it in Germany, as it was similar to Ohio where my family lived. Germany (Schwarzenau, Alsace Lorain, Hanover and Heidelberg) was where my ancestors on both sides were originally from, in generations past back to 1656 up to 1870. My grandmother on my Dad’s side spoke mostly German growing up near Loudonville, Ohio.
Well done again always staggered at the smount of concretre in Germen buildings of WW2 . Loved the French bunker system too.sobhe pocketed the concrete money to lol Seems the French had a heap of mined snd bombs to dispose of
Wooden floors? In aircraft "factory"? Individual components of aircraft tend to be a little "delicate. If you drop them on a concrete floor, the ensuing damage can render the part unusable. Check out W2 ALLIED aircraft plants, especially engine factories. WOODEN floors; often thick parquetry laid on the actual slab, but the idea was that a dropped part might "bounce" instead of bending. The other big reason is that a wooden floor, regularly "mopped", produces very little abrasive dust,. the tramp o f thousands of feet on a bare concrete floor WILL generate a steady supply of cement / sand dust; stuff you do NOT want in a gas turbine, ever. Or in ANY piece of critical, precision equipment. Finished parts would have been "warehoused", often in heavy-duty cardboard boxes, on wooden shelves standing on a wooden floor.. When the sub-assemblies got bigger as parts were added, some form of "cart" would have been needed, alonfg with relatively smooth flooring on which to run.
Good watch. I thought that all those wall brackets along the route to the exit via the river could have been seats, as in air raid shelter? Just a first thought. Likely wrong.
The qyuestion that always comes up to me is why they blow up parts and not the whole system ? ? ? Is it because of that part of the tunnelsystem has something important to hide and they couldn't get it out in time ? Is there still something to be seen that is not supposed to be seen ? I just do'nt get it why it has to be blown up at all. Same story with the Russians who blew up parts or simply took all they thaught to be usefull as what all the Alies did. Still why was something blown up and other things not ? ? ? An other thing that keeps me thinking is when the Allies came in all these facilities they sur must have taken pictures and documented those places. So where is all that gone to and is it still out there somewhere still to be discovered ?
Mr Tino. I do not know if you read this comments. But. On this Tunnels. I am sure pictures were taking left and right. Film even in black and white. The Germans had color film already. So you us could see what they had in those tunnels. Thank you.

Awesome video Tino. Shame they have to destroy history in the name of safety. 👍👍👍👍👍🍻🍻
Thank you Tino 👍
Such miserable and hellish places, best wishes Mr Struckman. 🙏🇬🇧
Could the first tunnel have been munitions storage for AA guns?
Wooden floors?

Some of the historic film shows allied production (Looks like Spitfire/Blenheim).

when you see "public safety" read it: "to be safe from publicity"
Imagine having to use a French wheel to make curved sheet metal aircraft parts every day!

Very interesting narrative. Shame about some of the photography. Didn't know the Germans made Spitfires, Hurricanes and Blenheims.
Thanks :)
Could the passageway to the waterfall have been to access a hydroelectric plant?

I wonder if anyone will ever make the Hans Kamler film ?. Trilogy.

You're looking for the gold aren't you I don't know if it's still in there but they blew it up in one of those caves
Mr Tino.
