this song is like. honestly neru's best song, i love the theme of it and the genre, it was just so deep to me UGH :))) plus karasu and kuro are my ship (don't worry, Atsuya the voicer is a fan of this pairing as well)

This is just my thought, but please take it as you like! Basically, like the name ("The disease called love" or "The disease was love"), it's about how love is like a disease, an illness. The only medicine is the other person's love, and the MC is damn thirsty for every single bit of it.
