I had not heard that Petersen had passed away. I first met Donny Petersen at a bike shop which was next door to where I was going for training. I was 12 at that time. As far as I can remember he became President of the Paradice Riders. Years later I was going to school fulltime and I delivered KFC at night. And periodically the Paradice would make an order for delivery to their Club location on Woodbine I think it was. down near the beach. I was the only driver that would make the delivery, the other couple of guys were too scared. I would deliver buckets of Chicken and boxes of fries. They always gave me a good tip. Some years later is when I think they patched over to the "Hells Angels." Sorry to hear of his passing, I liked him.

@2:41, I saw that bike riding down Church St. this evening and in Kensington Market the other day. There was almost as many cops there as bikers, they had a big drone hovering, they had multiple police photographing all the bikers. There wasn't a thousand bikers there though, maybe a few hundred. Something I've never seen, this many Hells Angels in one spot, some from Nova Scotia, BC and Dominican Republic. Many were not Angels, many were other MC clubs. It was really something amazing to see. And they also have a permanent store right there on Carlaw.
I lived in Surrey in the early 2000s, had just moved there from the Island. I was living about a block away from where the Surrey 6 were murdered by the Bacon Brothers. During this time, there was a huge clamp down on pretty much all HA activity nationwide. I remember thinking to myself quite well if that hadn't been happening those Brothers who started a little gang out of a locker would never have lived long enough to kill six innocent people. Never had a negative encounter with the HA, and in my opinion they are as much of criminals as most politicians 🤷♂

I see the government and law enforcement are not " bullying" this crowd. Little different when it's not regular people, especially woman and children. This government are "bullies" and " cowards ". I had to smile and shake my head when I saw this.

@2:41, I saw that bike riding down Church St. this evening and in Kensington Market the other day. There was almost as many cops there as bikers, they had a big drone hovering, they had multiple police photographing all the bikers. There wasn't a thousand bikers there though, maybe a few hundred. Something I've never seen, this many Hells Angels in one spot, some from Nova Scotia, BC and Dominican Republic. Many were not Angels, many were other MC clubs. It was really something amazing to see. And they also have a permanent store right there on Carlaw.

I lived in Surrey in the early 2000s, had just moved there from the Island. I was living about a block away from where the Surrey 6 were murdered by the Bacon Brothers. During this time, there was a huge clamp down on pretty much all HA activity nationwide. I remember thinking to myself quite well if that hadn't been happening those Brothers who started a little gang out of a locker would never have lived long enough to kill six innocent people. Never had a negative encounter with the HA, and in my opinion they are as much of criminals as most politicians 🤷♂

@@mauricamcginnis4063 no it hasn't always been this way... when I was a kid the hells angels were feared and considered dangerous. now thanks to immigration we are becoming a 3rd world country and people's perspective of the H.A. is much more positive. it's not just me.

When a few mostly peaceful veteran bikers show up in Ottawa the police presence was so over the top one would think they were preparing for a government takeover. Now in the greater Toronto area about 20 thousand Hells Angels show up and nary a police presence.
