Hello everyone thank you for joining me today, in today's video I'm talking all about King Louis VII. Louis who was destined for a life in the church suddenly became the next in line for the Capetian dynasty after the death of his older brother. Louis married Eleanor of Aquitaine, joined the 2nd crusade, had a love hate relationship with Henry II of England. Louis would have an unfortunate reign, like many before him and after him Louis needed a son to continue the line, Louis had several daughters until finally a son came.
