Fishing with Creek Chubs for Small Stream Catfish!! (Catch and Cook)

- Small stream catfish are pretty straight forward and simple to target, especially if the weather is nice. There are a few baits that seem to produce more than others, and creek chubs are one of my favorites! Get out and explore some small water and have a blast! It never hurts to keep 1 or 2 for dinner either!

You should do a video on everything you take bank fishing rods ,reels ,chair ,rod holders (I can’t find a good rod holder for nothing 😂) ,or any essential bank fishing stuff

Duct tape, pvc pipe, metal zip ties, metal rods. All from lowes or wherever. Just cut to size and tape, boom perfect rod holders!

thank you for your with videos. because of you me and the girlfriend went and bought the same cheap frying system you have from walmart. today is our 2 year anniversary and I caught a 3lb channel cat while on the mississippi river in burlington iowa where we live so I went ahead and filleted it and fryed it but with Louisiana breading and it put the topper on our anniversary so thank you for your recommendations and if you ever want to come down here you are welcome on my boat

Love using creek chubs. Usually catch em with an artificial minnow or big ones on spinners. The cats love them and so do big smallmouths..
I have used artificials, but its tough to beat a worm and bobber for em. Thanks for watching!

Hookset rocks! Still running Gamakatsu octopus hooks and Kahles 80% cuz it's what I know best... Playing with circles but I'm an old dog.
I just treat channels cats for practice for flatheads. Gotta get my hookset back down after a winter away from it.

Not that odd of a question, cuz I did the same thing. They're Kuhl Convertible pants. They're pretty pricey, but one pair is 4 years old and goes through hell on a regular basis.

River Certified I do bout 75% cornmill 25% flour plus my seasoning and it’s pretty crunchy

I started using a 7.5” EMT shears instead of a bait knife....best move EVER
I use those out of the kayak a lot. Works well for smaller baits!

Hey make a catch a channel cat catch and how to cut it up from start to end by tomorrow so I can eat one by the end of the weekend I'm good at eating trout but I fish for channel and you tend to catch and all the sudden eat them 😂 I wanna see how you do it so I can start eating my catfish 😍 hurry Sunday looks good for me to finally get my family to trust in my catfish meat
