Glad you liked it. We were there in April. Temps in high 20’s and the ocean was about 25 degrees. 🤙

Hello Jackie, we discovered your TH-cam videos only this afternoon and so have spent the evening watching all the Explore NSW episodes! What a wonderful job you've done on the vids and drone footage. They are both very professional and you've beautifully captured so many lovely parts of NSW, especially the Snowy Mountains. Can I suggest a future episode on the camera gear and drone you use, including some suggestions for how you go about filming. Have you had some training in photography, and how to use a drone, or are you, very cleverly, self taught?
We have also watched Episode 1 of The Big Aussie Lap and so looking forward to following you as you explore all that Australia has to offer. We are Grey Nomads ourselves and have completed a five and half months half lap from Bathurst across to WA, NT, SA and back home via Broken Hill in 2011. In 2019 we again went across to WA to explore the south/west of WA and back again via the Nullabor over three months. There are also numerous other trips, over shorter periods, that we have completed too. We love it!
We wish you all the best for your trip. Enjoy, and stay safe. Cheers!

Hi Therese thank you for your kind words and encouragement. I’m glad you enjoyed the vids. To be honest I am a complete ‘newby’ at this. I simply wanted to have go at recording our trip to record our memories and thought we could put it online as it might be of interest to, or encourage others. I purchased a GoPro 8 and a DJI Mavic Air 2 drone, watched other travellers vlogs- and nervously had a go. You can learn a lot through tutorials people put up on TH-cam and while I make my share of mistakes I’m hoping to improve. I do love being out in nature and try to capture what I see as beautiful. Its a lot of fun too. 🤙😃

@@travelthecountry-aussieadv1730 Thank you for your response Jackie. I'm impressed you've done so well with your photography. Keep going..... you got it! Have been tempted to try a drone too but have visions of me slamming it into a tree, or worse, someone's caravan! I am happy though to try out a GoPro. Might give it a whirl before a drone!!
Looking forward to seeing more of your videos. And who knows, maybe we see you both on the road sometime. Cheers.

Kerry has a Ryobi transfer pump. This is part of his Ryobi system which includes the 12v battery charger to charge the 18v lithium battery’s. He also uses the Ryobi drill and saw. The pump may not work with an inline filter as the pressure may be too great and it will turn off. Hope that helps 🤙
