Not auto ignition, this was pilot ignition from the heat source fire. The flames from the source fire ignited the oil vapour well before suggested 360 temperature. The smoke colour and density, when the oil initially ignited, was not consistent with a 360 oil temperature.

I thought wet chemical was best for this job? As if the oil temperature gets too hot the foam will not work sufficiently?
Andy Parsons this was before the P50 F class was introduced. It was just to show the P50 foam will do the job.
@@TowerFireGroup Is ABF Foam made simply by combining the ingredients of AB Foam + Wet Chemical?
A fire blanket would have put that out in 2 seconds. Of course blankets aren't suitable for all applications!
How long would you have to wait though? To lift the blanket. It's not that reassuring.
