I stumbled on this while looking at stuff for my campaign, and thought this series was great at explaining the world of Eberron. And then I looked at the view count. Seriously, you deserve so much more attention, as does Eberron in general. Faerun is alright, but Eberron has always felt like home to me.

To my knowledge, there have been no powered cars that move on wheels in canon lore, although I can't claim to have read everything that Keith Baker has ever released on his blog and such. As for mech walkers, there is the warforged titans and collossi that I covered in my Warforged video. For a personal mechsuit, I'm sure an industrious House Cannith artificer could whip one up. The Armorer Artificer in 5th edition fits that trope quite well. At the end of the day, don't forget, when you're playing it's YOUR Eberron! If you want magic powered automobiles or mechs, then put them in!
check out the 3.5 adventuer 'Shadows of the Last War'. It introduces an earth elemental powered cart, where you can't tell where the wheel ends and the ground begins.
