We tried to start our yellow peas today in ND. Just a tad too wet yet but hopefully tomorrow. I made it 4 minutes today before I plugged the header lol.
Liked ur video of the combines harvesting, but ur narrative and information really puts the harvest work in prospective. Your area of the country is interesting for ag farming.
Was born there in Lewiston Idaho, been trucking since 2001 when I left our families farm, certainly miss harvesting 🙂 May God Bless our farmers!
I cannot imagine farming vertically like you do. My hat's off to you!

Love that black dirt! Lived up there for a few years
Just found your farming channel and enjoyed your video so I subscribed. 👍🇺🇸
Awesome! Thank you!
Good luck with the harvest. Greetings from Dundalk, Ireland

Thank you for sharing
Beautiful harvest
Great video be safe God bless.
Pretty sweet bankouts you have there.
Haha bank out, that sir is a grain cart lol
Not in the PNW, its a bank out wagon.
@@timhenrichs Nothing wrong with the moniker BANK OUT.
We call them grain carts
It always amazes me that combines break down at all… On some farms they will get used 2 weeks a year. Imagine is your car breaks down that often.
You can bet on one thing … if it’s name is a combine it will break new old and everything in between
There are a lot of moving parts on a combine and a lot more than a car.
If you can device a way to eliminate fore and aft movements, you might make some money in the combine business with your patents.
Great job driving the tractor and grain cart
Thanks 👍
What the heck was in the water truck tank? Some sorta baffling? I dont get it.
Great vid. Be safe.
Hello this found y’all! Where are you located?
North central Idaho, USA
Red is right! Green is the color of my compost bin.
How can u afford all these combines?
Good lookin wheat, excellent video and thanks for making it for us.
Do you ever load into the trucks on the go-?
We used to load onto trucks on the go before we got the bankout wagons (that’s the regional term here for grain cart…I don’t know why).
Nice 1 of the better vids
Which front tires do you have on the combine? They have an unusual tread pattern. What is the reason for using this pattern? Thanks! 🤗
They are a turf type tread. Helps climbing /clinging to hills.
@@KaufmanFamilyFarms I wonder about that, turf tread for better traction.
I'd like to see some testing data.
Good luck combining your 2024 crops
What is it like to drive that machine?
😊
Where this farm is located?
What's up with those weirdo front tires 😅
