    Thoae burglars could've attacked Tony in his own house. He had to protect himself in his own house.

    Should be a warning to burglars I knew a farmer who had intruders in his yard early in the morning a couple of shots over there heads soon got them running

      Yes - that's reasonable force by any standards. And if they ignore it then they get what they deserve. I don't see how a jury could argue with that.
