My Team 2 was largely the same, except with Cloud swapped for Squall. I manually cleared Round 10. 2P (116 AGI): - Same Esper & VCs - Virtuous Grief (2P weapon) - Jeweled Ring +6 - Reminiscent Hairpin (Ashen Kitone's TMR) - SJ: Axe Knight - Abilities: Axe Knight Lore & Thief Lore - Reaction: Perfect Evade: 2P - Limit break turned off Melnia (106 AGI): - Same Esper & VCs - Peacemaker +6 - Jeweled Ring +6 (same as video) - Adamantine Ornament (same as video) - SJ: Ranger - Abilities: Ranger Lore & Frame of the Worthiest - Reaction: Reflex - Standard cast-time Ranger abilities turned off Other replacements: - Zazan VC replaced w/ Ifrit VC Atk Up 50% - Used Dark Ifrit Esper on Muraga to make up the AGI difference of the VC (any 18 AGI esper should work) - Noctis/FF15 VC replaced with Dreams of Heroism (Macherie/Camillo card; probably any earth magic VC works?)

I think your reincarnations actually matter quite a lot. I copied exactly and my non reinc earth team is not clearing wave six most of the time let alone half of seven. I even have the blood sword+1 on bradley. Still thank you for the video. Edit:managed to get it with some manual thrown in notably to pick up crystals and help with ap
Thank you for letting me know this! I'm always reluctant to use my Earth team in these guides since I have so many reincarnations on my earth units. I have been looking into/working on getting a light evade team for party 1 instead of earth. I'm glad you managed to clear it!
I don't have Macherie leveled and it's making my runs very complicated. I lose many turns because there are units i can't reach (starting with the 2 mobs across in wave 1, i lose like 3+ actions just to reach them). I have Ashen mont max reuncarnated so i thought he would help but not so much... Any tips on how to replace Macherie ? I'm currently using Ashen Mont, Bradley, Zazan, Rinoa and Louelle... I have 140 muraga, Oberon, Kitone or Dialdo in stock, haven't tried any of them yet For lightning, i'm using Astrius, Wedding Ayala, Resnick, Shakal and Lightning Thanks a lot
If you upgrade Louelle's LB, she will be able to reach the enemy units in wave 1 if you put her in slot 2. Earth missile units also work well if you have them (melnia, rulgia, summer lilyth).
Hmm Rinoa isnt maxed so im going to attempt with Dagger, Also have yet to build Muraga (those quests are next) so im going to try with Halloween Lucio. WIsh me luck.
Ohhhh that was no simple feat cleared the mission with 1 turn remaining. Had to manual last 5 moves to prevent buffing. Thank you so much for your guides! I look forward to more!@@fats1337
@@fats1337hey theres no sub for brad apparently that i can find this is the only one i havent cleared, i even cleared ur pt 2 vids, there just isnt enough moves left by the time i get to wave 10, on Avg 8 on auto and the best i could do was 18 on manual and still lost, can you do an alt clear without brad or rhiona or any other super limited troops? Thanks
Zazan at 120 should not be a problem. I think a 140 muraga might be important for the dispel on his ruinous axe. He might die in wave 5 or 6 sometimes, but I don't think it's an absolute requirement.
@@j2kim I just ran it a few times with Halloween Lucio instead of Muraga. Wave 6-7 ends up being very inconsistent compared to using Muraga. I was still able to get an auto clear 2 out of the 3 times I ran it (although it was close) so it may have just been an unlucky run for you. Also if you have the newest lightning astrius, I would recommend using him instead of FF13 Lightning.
Halloween Lucio would probably work best. If you don't have him either, whoever your strongest earth slasher would be. Evasion works well in waves 4-5.
@@cell7514 I think Noctis should be ok. His damage is not as high as Brad but can has high range. He might run into AP issues though so giving him a good amount of acquired AP and/or AP reduction may be necessary.
Halloween Fred/Halloween Lucio/2P are all decent replacements for zazan. Failing those, I would just sub in your strongest earth attacker to see how that goes.
Dont have Riona or Dagger. I have everything else in your vid. As for Earth subs, I do have Kilphe, Oberon, Kitone, Dialdo. Thats it for Earth. What would you suggest? My light team is where I am strong sadly

Is there a good sub for Brad?
You could try Melnia, Halloween Lucio, Resnick the Hoppy, or Rulgia.

Zazan at 120 should not be a problem. I think a 140 muraga might be important for the dispel on his ruinous axe. He might die in wave 5 or 6 sometimes, but I don't think it's an absolute requirement.

Dagger is a good replacement for Rinoa. Make sure she is using her main job on the sub job slot so she can heal.

I would try Dialdo. (Sorry for the extremely late response. Took a break from the channel). Hopefully you have cleared this already!
