Sir I'm suffering from lots of mental illness such as over fear on silly things, sudden angry ,sudden happy,sudden sad, without any reason.....can you give me solution please????? Because it disabling all my activities...I can't study well, I can't eat well, I can't sleep well....sirrr please give me solution... should I do meditation???
