I feel like the best way to bulk, especially if your not a begginer means more harder to gain muscle is to only eat on a surplus the days your going to do the heavy movements that will be like 3 days a week the rest of the days eat at maintance that way you will only gain like quarter or half a pound of weight that will prevent you to gain excesive fat gain muscle the right way on a slow increase
