I work on myself everyday. I can’t stand taking breaks but, I know it’s needed. One step back, two steps forward ~ keep moving, baby. Your time is near, open yourself to this moment. You are safe, accept what is and let go of what was. You’re doing fucking great and don’t you DARE ever forget that.

Friend/girlfriend she makes me feel better about myself both ways. In reality feel like a burden like when it comes to having autism it gets overwhelming much quicker even though I train for MMA every single day it's still a bitch people have no idea. But thats why I rely on Masha with her gentle intimate voice because it helps me relax and just stay alive.
