I don't plan on meditating per se, however hiking is my kind of meditation, it helps me to clear my mind because I can go hours and hours just being with myself and be thinking (or not thinking) about things. And I plan to hike a lot these months :)
A week or so ago I had the realisation that I'm not a kid anymore and everyone else my age is progressing in their lives leaving me in a state of unrest. I know what I am be doing in the next year (starting university scares me a bit) but sometimes I fail to see how far I have come in the past 2 years.

When you have no tangible evidence of what you think is the truth of this life you can only be skeptical about what's to come, what's amazing to me is how can anyone who lacks that evidence can tell people how they should live, or what they should do or think, just like psychiatric therapists who describe medicine for emotional problems, when science can't even explain what emotion are and where they do reside. We muslims believe with evidence in the one and only creator who made this mind boggling extremely complex universe is the truth that every human is seeking, no one will ever be a peace with live's trials without knowing him, worshiping him the way he created us for.
