It is not just buff, his effect doubled, buff of the buffs. Two normal Theos now gives same amount in stats like FIVE old normal Theos. It's ridiculous buff.

Nice execution! A bit sad though to often see weak lobby + getting ghost at every possible step to make leveling safely and dealing with pressure a non factor. Then its harder to learn from the gameplan, like this is great showcase how to maximise a theo comp but what if I dont get 4 ghost and ppl roll better tempo than me, guess I just go 8th
