    I really commend you for having the bravery to put yourself out there on a platform like this. This will be undoubtedly so helpful to many people and will help further break the stigma the more this is discussed. BRAVO 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    I relate to you. Alot. I had schitzophrenia in 2017. And i was backeracted they put me on strong drugs and the voices/conversation stopped. But when ever people smoke weed around me. I relapse even with my medication. And if i tell anybody i have scitzophremia they tell ME WHAT THEY THINK about WHY I GOT IT. what i need to do...religous conversations was all i had in my head. Angels demons. Satan. God. Even Trump... But thankfully now am able to read the bible without a voice editing, what am reading. Thank you for opening up about this. Its weird to even put these experiences into words. Your very strong minded! 😀

      You should look into the ketogenic diet, and Dr. Chris palmer and Dr. Georgia Ede.
      Alot of new research that is giving hope to people with schizophrenia. All through a change in diet.
      Look it up, please!

    I have complex trauma and listening to your struggles around mental health makes me feel so sad. I deal with a lot of what your going through in terms of avoidance- I need to avoid crowds because crowds trigger traumatic memories. I need to avoid most substances because my brain is loud enough as is without the substances. I cant explain the orgins of conplex trauma to people that have never experienced it themselves. I hope you find healing and I hope that there will be a solid cure for schizophrenia and complex trauma.

    I feel the exact same way some days I can go into grocery stores or big supermarkets and it's not as bad but the longer I'm in there I start thinking people are out to get me watching me or even plotting to harm me it gets real intense real quick and the craziest part is before I go around people it's not near as bad but even at home I still hear and see things that aren't there

      Im slowly exposing myself to the world and being in it with lots of people around. With practice it has gotten easier and easier. Not completely gone but I try to drown out the noise and not attach meaning. That used to be reallY hard to do, every word had a meaning, but now it doesn't.

    You ever thought about having ECT to alliviate your psychosis?

    • @lettersfromschizophrenia
      @lettersfromschizophrenia  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I have not really explored that because I am afraid of it. But also, I am pretty stable most of the time. I recently had another episode after 4 years without one. Symptoms do flare though but I am equipped with tools to navigate them. Maybe when it gets out of hand, I would be open to it.

      @@lettersfromschizophrenia fair enough. I suffer from ocd, psychosis and autism/adhd and have had it once and having it again. It keeps both positive and negative symptoms at bay. Maybe look at TMS. Less invasive but should calm the brain down.
