    This is so slam dunk spot on I get so paranoid and frighten from the entities just makes me tremble and shiver inside with a sense of impending doom but this is the best description I have heard for what is occurring

    Thank you for making this video. I go through problems myself. It is a on going battle, I just have to strengthen my willpower more. I hope all of us who are going through it can find that inner peace within

      Hang in there! Been dealing with this for nearly a year consciously. Who knows how many decades without even knowing it. Do a detox and look up Sua Vox Non (Ty Parker) videos. Mooji here and Ty will help A LOT. You are strong enough to get through this. You may feel like the voices may drive you crazy-but you're already awake enough to at least reach out. Also, working to get back INTO life in every way you can. Play airpods and bike-huge relief. The voices want you isolated, alone, and following the same old patterns. Switch things up and get creative. Don't identify with the voices or what they say. They are :::not::: you. They can not actually harm you. Mooji here and Ty Parker know what works. All these things have helped me recover as well.

    Bro ! Psychosis comes When You Take Something as Absolute and Certain! I question my thoughts 3 times a day , Those are Stupid fools Who Fails To Contradict themselves at least 5 times a day !

      I’ve actually found the more open I am about it, things get easier for me. It allows people a chance to adjust to me in a positive manner, and gives them a chance to see people functioning with it.

    Thank you for sharing your experience. When I've experienced psychosis I carried alot of self blame around for losing my grip on reality but your calm demeanor and casual tone describing your thoughts made me feel like maybe it's not the end of the world or something to be embarrassed for after all so that is very much appreciated. God bless! ❤️

    hey thank you for uploading, ill be trying to do real activities to engage back into reality, just like you.. i have the same exact description of your voices, i like to take 4 750mg GABA tablets daily to stop my brain from thinking so much.
    have you ever thought about getting a hearing test done. i want to take one soon, as I've heard that when you have a hearing problem your mind will misinterpret words and possibly sounds just so you get a message of what's going on around you. its a condition called APD(Auditory Processing Disorder).
    i got a question for you, what medication are you on?

    • @lettersfromschizophrenia
      @lettersfromschizophrenia  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      Thanks for the comment! I have not taken the auditory test as when I am in my typical way of living I have no issues with sounds. It only happens to me during psychosis. But I can see how during psychosis I interpret sounds differently but it’s not just limited to people talking. Even a noisy air condition unit is talking to me at that point.
      I am on 12 mg of paliperidone. Like with all meds, docs know best. Just putting it out there to raise awareness around meds.

      @@lettersfromschizophrenia wow I might be in psychosis 24/7, all sounds to me are voices.. it’s very heavy for me than, glad you at least get a couple hours of peace. I’m also starting meds from my doctor too, where you ever this bad like me?

    • @lettersfromschizophrenia
      @lettersfromschizophrenia  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@xRest684 for me the voices turn 24/7 in what I call psychosis it lasts about a week to 10 days for me nowadays. It lasted months before this and years before that because I didn’t know how to navigate out of it.

    • @xRest684
      @xRest684 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@lettersfromschizophrenia hey thanks for replying, so did you get any help from your meds to get out of the years of psychosis? I’ve been on medication for a few months now without seeing any improvement which really sucks for me.

    • @lettersfromschizophrenia
      @lettersfromschizophrenia  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      @@xRest684 My length of episodes has gone drastically down but it is a combination of many things. Medication does help me though, I used to think it didn't but it helps me stay out of my head most of the time. Along with Meds, there is therapy that teaches you coping techniques, DBT helps, it helped me. Also, my psychosis feels spiritual to me, so spiritual growth has also helped me I think come out of psychosis.
      I feel like I am involved in spiritual warfare without wanting to be a part of it. To me my voices and negative thoughts feel like a spiritual attack and learning to navigate this has helped me be in reality more.

    What are some other activities that are relaxing but engage focus? I am in a room alone for some hours but then someone returns in the room, do I have to learn how to be alone completely? And how do I do that if I cannot just do what he did such as leaving that place?

    • @lettersfromschizophrenia
      @lettersfromschizophrenia  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The most relaxing and fun thing I did in my room alone, when I was trying to learn to be alone is learning calligraphy with an oblique pen on rhodea paper. It improved my writing, and I got a few chapters out of my head of a possible story I might finish one day. But the nib sounds on the paper, and the color of ink, the rhythm all were very fun to experience. Also, if you can get your hands on walnut ink, it is fun as it changes color as you write.
      You dont have to do exactly what I did, your journey is different. So I would suggest if you are with people, be open with them that you need to focus and engage in activities with them such as baking, cooking, riding bicycles, walks, gardening. You can even let people know hey I want to talk less, or more etc. Tell people what you need, and they want to help generally. I just excuse myself to my room when I need a break from everyone. I also, go in my backyard and feel the wind, hear the birds, planes flying overhead, etc. Just enjoy my surrounding without anyone around.
      Hop this helps.

      I also looked into getting better at music. So i expanded on my guitar skills and learned some piano. I utilized youtube to learn everything.
      Also, I enjoy videos without words. So leather-craft and shoe making videos help. If there is talking, I just mute it.

      @@lettersfromschizophrenia Thank you, it took a lot of courage for me to have commented on this video, and I have been feeling more like myself again. And yes while I was sitting and reflecting the other day, I decided to make plans to do the activities that you had mentioned, such as cooking, practicing new skills, and spending time with others.

      @@chick2284 You are doing amazing! Good work! Dealing with psychosis is like learning to ride a bike, at first you go a little bit and fall or stop, but you get up and keep pushing pedals to go further.
      You got this! Thank you for your comment. It keeps me motivated to make more videos.
