I have one just like it, but now I have seen different videos where I see options/software I NOT has on mine, can any can tell me why, please? I don't have all these sound options and other options, like ringtones and SMS tones. I see the same phones but all do not have the same software. I would appreciate it if any know why. BUT, it really surprises. Yesterday I had 1 power-line left there fast did go away when I started a call, and when it closed for lack of power, I had talked over 1 hour. And it has like 3+ days of standby time, but to run an hour on the last line, or no line at all, is amazing... I love this little one I have named, *miniput* or *Lilleput* in Danish LOL. Some of the best money I have ever given for a phone, and you can even set memory in or 2 sim cards or 1 sim and a giant memory card, NO GPS=NO SPYING on you, and the battery can be taken out. And HQ speaking sound. Maybe the best cheap gadget I ever have bought, and you get a LOT of attention when you take it up and call or SMS- I never really use my iPhone anymore. Only to get old info I have in the 'SMARTPHONE' or if I NEED to go online somewhere I not have my PC. I also find it way cooler. I have NO need for any GPS. I lived GREAT for 40 years without any phones at all... I wonder how we survived that at all ;) We can't live without our small TV- SMART phones, can we? Thx

Yes, 5 works. Most of these shortcuts stand in the manual if you have that. This little gadget can do pretty much and many settings. 4 and 6 are often left and right and many other simple ways to control this little and great gadget.

What you need to remember is- to open to the Sims you need to click them open by pulling with a nail till it clicks and opens and you put in close and lock/push it back again. Do not use force. Look at the info inside the phone, under the battery. I hope it was understandable :) Good luck, even I guess you have it fixed by now :)
Sounds strange, but have you tried to reset all settings??? It is for sure in the settings, at less ofc you are unlucky and it has an error, but I believe a reset can help.
