    Great Review of a car that is very much under estimated and no doubt in the next few years we should see some more ..hopefully. Its been good to have you back with some great honest reviews. I've always enjoyed your Vlogs and it was a shame when you went to the Dark Side so please continue with the format and I look to many more.

      Totally agree on the Lotus point. It’s a great thing! Haha! Fast cars and lavish launches will do that - think I undid some of Lotus’ weight saving.

    I have an Evora S IPS from 2012. They really are underrated, anyone looking for a sports car needs to consider one of these

      They have a great future ahead of them with their new parent company.

    Great review of an awesome car mate, well done

    Good point, this car has such reserves of handling on most british roads that you really can throw into a corner in a way that a lumpier porch struggles with. I also like the minimalist interior!

      I think Lotus has a very exciting future ahead of it with its new parent company.

    Great review of a great car, I’m biased I own a 400, which has 406 hp. Only difference with the this 410 is a carbon roof and engine cover and a mild ECU tweek.

    Good review there are two manufacturers who make the best handling cars in the world they are Lotus & Ferrari

      I’d also add McLaren to that list.

    Can the front bumper of this lotus evora fit on any other lotus.

    • @1183newman
      @1183newman 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      No since the other Lotus cars (exige and elise) have their bumper integrated into the front clam shell as one piece. Also the Evora is wider than the exige and elise. The bumper on the Evora is interchangeable with other Evora bumpers however.

    This car seems too new to be retiring. It seems like only yesterday when Clarkson was throwing it around a field of buttercups. Its very unjust that Lotus haven't done better with their modern cars.

      This Same V6 in the Exige is just about the most outrageous sounding thing in any car.

    It's not a thorn in Porsches side hardly anyone drives these are knows about the evora they need to bring back something with a v8

      Porsche is like Apple. People only buy Porsche because it's popular and overhyped, not because it's the best product.

    • @insidelane
      @insidelane  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It’s not a thorn from a business perspective, but Lotus create some incredible cars with far fewer resources than Porsche.

      Try driving one before talking V8 nonsense...all that weight...not needed...the car sounds absolutely amazing and is plenty quick enough in the real world
