Luke's three words for Punk at Wrestlemania 24 are very appropriate considering Punk was not meant to win that match. It was supposed to be Jeff Hardy before he got suspended for 60 days and replaced by Chris Jericho

Punk's cash-in the first time around in 2008 (and WHC reign) were weak because Jeff Hardy was the original scheduled winner at Mania 24. Ironic that his 2nd cash-in was on Jeff the following year. Also, I love "Misterrrrr....Kennedyyyyy.....Kennedyyyyy!!!!" too. Shame what happened to his cash-in opportunity.

Women's MITB 2018 was the one where right before Alexa wins, Becky is being cheered (to me this was the beginning of "The Man"s story), Lynch is at the top of the ladder but has to do the awkward wait, like extra long, because Alexa was late on the finale. I remember going back a minute or so after Alexa wins it and watching as Becky is nearly in Eddie Guerrero mode "Where is Vicky!?" but an internal "Where is Alexa!?" Anyway, there you go.
Braun was only choice? KO, Finn and Joe could have been fun MITB winners with the right direction - way better than the awful Braun run losing all momentum

He went for a Midcard Title and still lost, why not feed him to Roman if he's going to lose to Seth anyway?
Someone in another comment section said, "he could have let his time run out and not get the match because Roman is never there". I agree because it could have given him sympathy from the crowd and maybe even turn him into a good guy.

Luke i went back and rewatched alexa hitting Rousey and it wasnt three light hits. they were back shots but she seemed like she really laid them in

Miz deserves one last true world title run. Preferably with the new WHC belt. Shouldn't be overly long but a solid 5-6 month reign would be great enough to remind people how great can a heel champion be. And it would be shittons more entertaining than the boreline with boring reigns with clone jutsu on top

Love the content, but Luke I do have a gripe with what you said regarding the start of the Summer of Punk not being MITB 2011. I think that’s right, but it’s actually earlier imo. The pipe bomb for me is really when the Summer of Punk starts. I know it’s subjective, like asking “when did the attitude era start and end?”, but I don’t think the Summer of Punk starts after MITB.

2018 Mitb had Braun Strowman, Finn Bálor, Bobby Roode, and Kevin Owens,The Miz, Rusev, Samoa Joe, and Kofi Kingston. And you are saying that Strowman was the only choice??? Out of this bunch I'd say Strowman was one of the worse options. Nothing against Strowman, I really enjoyed him winning but imagine if either KO, Balor, Roode, Joe or Rusev winning. It would be even better

You know, I never got the smaller roof joke. There were a couple of shots during the MITB match where they show the roof and you can clearly see another roof. Like if you just watched the match, they show you the roof they land on. But they always talk like it was just some surprise.
Cena had to lose his case cash in as he won it by accident due to the case breaking
Never forget they had Cena win so that way he can be the first failed cash in and doesn't hurt a younger talent.
Cena still won his title match by DQ and the belt later on in the year anyways.
Younger talent Sandow the next year is the first person to actually lose his cash in match.... to John Cena.

Imma be honest. People who say Dolph Ziggler's cash in is better than Rollins' cash in are wrestling hipsters. It just isn't. The heist of the century is the best by a country mile.
My personal favourite will always be the first ever cash in which set the template for 90% of the cash ins that came after. But if we're comparing Rollins vs Ziggler then yes, Rollins was miles better.
