I'm so glad you finally showed this area Russ... I was hoping though that you were going to show"holiday out"...... to me it looks like the best manufactured community... its directly across the street from the beach.... private access and a tunnel running across the main road.... most importantly you own your lot and the HOA is extremely reasonable..... but I'm again I'm just glad you showed this area..... keep up the good work😉
Had NO idea there are so many parks in such a desirable, upscale area. Wish we were still looking! This lifestyle is great, and for now we are content in our Tampa Bay area community.
Certainly - In fact I would appreciate it. Feel free to also share the website: www.floridamfghome.com/ and TH-cam Channel: th-cam.com/users/FloridaManufacturedHomeLiving
There are rules no matter where you go. County, municipal, state and federal law all have rules you are supposed to obey. As for community rules, that depends on the community. Some subdivisions are nothing more than lots upon which zoning allows manufactured homes. Beyond those I've already mentioned there are no additional rules. You can pretty much do as much or as little as you want....but so can your neighbors. In deed restricted subdivisions rules can range from just an age limitation or how common property is treated all the way to a clubhouse, pool, amenities, and about the same rules as most HOA parks. You get to choose. I have examples of all these in my videos.
Most rentals in parks are by the homeowner. These are usually booked by past renters or those with friends in the park and access to local bulletin boards or Facebook groups. Some agencies list rentals and some may be found through Facebook groups. Both are listed on my website. www.floridamfghome.com/Buyer-Resources There are also some parks where the park owner rents homes. Try ELS, Cove Communities, or Google something like "Rental mobile homes (add area of interest)"
I am trying to join the inner circle however when I do it says I need a password to proceed. I do not have a password for the site. I am really interested in joining
How do I get in touch with any of these communities .. I’m looking for a 2 bed 2bath double wide with central air and must be able to allow for wheelchair. I am currently in England and cand return to Florida till I have a place to stay …. Rent or rent to home … pre get >55 and allow small therapy dog
Most of these communities can be found with a Google search. There are many resources on our website including links to Facebook groups, Rel Estate agents, and sales organizations like 4 Star homes. Sandhill Shores might have rental info. www.yescommunities.com/community/sandhill-shores-1

Hey Russ,
Do any of these parks allow rentals? I would like to rent before buying to make sure I really like the area. Thanks
