I stayed at Moby Dicks, I dunno what year maybe 2014/15 but there was a club right next to it, it was so insanely loud till about 5 or 6am, the next time I came I stayed at Panu pong hotel round the corner but I'd always do my day drinking at Moby dicks, ole Tony is brilliant!! I don't remember everyone else name but they were all great! Last time I was in there was march 2020, I had to cut my trip short because of the disease (I used to stay in Koh Phangan for a few months each winter and I'd have a night or 2 on the way in and back), I wanna come back January, but the stars have to align a little bit for me now, anyway nice video, hopefully catch ya soon Tony if you read this.
@@thethairishsun tbh i wouldn't be drinking the dark stuff either yuck but Paul occasionally has one and i dont drink much either only on a Monday to Sunday 😂 only joking but when on holiday i probably drink more 😂😂

@@sandys660 any of those 3 are good options. Lamai is the quietest and cheapest, fisherman's probably the most expensive of the 3. Just stick to the East of the island and you should be good!

I was in a few in the Philippines and didn’t see an Irish face, I often wondered how you can have an Irish pub without a paddy behind the bar, to me it’s just a building with an Irish name, but I guess at least over there, there is Irish owner management and a few Irish accents. I was wondering was there a sting Irish community, I like to go somewhere new every now and again and love the idea that I’m not on my own, so always look for Irish pubs. Didn’t want to make this long, so read it fast and it’s short😉
