The comments about motherhood are so refreshing. In our culture unfortunately now children are seen as a burden and motherhood is seen as an inconvenience. It’s a sacrifice yes, but what you get and the joy you experience is a return 100 fold and the most incredible journey. We need to focus on the beauty of bringing a child into the world and the gift that is, some women want to but can’t. I can’t imagine not being able to have a child and seeing people whine about how terrible it is. Children are a blessing. Not a burden. Love Sam and everything she said about mental health too. Great interview!
Probably not your target demographic however I ended up here from a “sponsored post” by Channel 7 on Facebook talking about Sam in this podcast. Ended up watching the whole thing because like many I applauded Sam for saying what she said during covid, and honestly she seems to be the most genuine and authentic person. So much respect for Sam and while we’re at it I’ll make a quick point. I have a Mrs and 2 teenage daughters who have watched h&a for years, so of course I also watch at times too. I thought Sam was one of the best actors on there. She was a natural. Anyway best of luck to you Sam, so glad you’re happy and I hope your life continues to get better by the day. I’m sure many young women look up to you and your vibrance and positivity 👍
