I think I prefer the polyfabric over leather, for we are living in a tropical country. Another aspect I look in is comfortability, which I think polyfabric has. Team Polyfabric!
It will always be the leather sofa for me. Always. I don't agree at how you rate leather on the "style" category. Leather wins on style for me. It is a classic, neat and elegant. I always find polyfabric sofas dirty/dusty, unhygienic. And that takes away its points on comfort. For leather in a tropical country, you can always customize your leather sofa by placing a cool fabric cover/sheet if you think leather feels warm. And you can easily wash the fabric cover whenever you want. 🤷

We bought our sofa at mandaue foams and we choose the fabric kasi mainit nga ang leather type yun nga lang ang hirap sa maintenance part lalo na ngayon may toddler na kami mas mahirap i-maintain na malinis ang sofa namin. Well good thing may sofa cover na din sa mandaue foams sakto sa 3 seater sofa namin. 😁

Leather is more durable than fabric and so will last on average last at least five years longer. Leather is easy to clean with just one quick wipe. Which make it sensible choice if you have little ones (clumsy adults) around the place. Also, as any parent will testify, children love to play on sofas and fabric can easily start to look worn under the strain, whereas leather is less yielding. Something else to bear in mind is allergies, without a regular clean and vac, fabric sofas can be a trap for dust mites and pet fur, whereas leather tends to be hypoallergenic 😊
We have a mandaue 3 seater leather sofa. We opted this type of sofa because we have a toddler child its prone on making a mess on sofa but with the lether type I dont have to worry that much. And hopefully I win the sofa protector cause my toddler loves to sleep on our sofa , just for an addtl comfort .❤️
Cost effective is a leather due to its durability and easy to maintain. We Filipino tend to settle because of the price. But if you will buy a furniture or appliances kindly please consider on how to dispose those damaged furniture and appliances. Also, a good furniture/appliance are Ma ipapamana mo pa sa anak mo.
