  • Having a nice little play with an Evo at Blyton. The Evo driver missed his braking point while talking to his passenger at the end of the first clip, so we picked it up again later in the day.

      mitsubishi motors management is the absolute worse. the top decisions are made in japan and thats where the bulk of crap decisions are coming from. There was literally no reason for mitsubishi to stop production of the evo. that car is a limited quantity car anyway and would not have impacted sales for their regular crossovers and sedans.

    The Yaris is a mean looking little car with the pumped guards and massive looking brakes. They also seem to go extremely well. That said I won’t be selling my Evo VI to buy one any time soon.

    Evo driver is much much more skillful. He's always on the better line. Yaris guy turns in way too early and is totally reliant on the AWD system to cover his lack of ability

      It's probably worth mentioning the Evo has a 8Mr engine with a 9 turbo making 420hp, R888 tyres and coilovers, RS diff etc. Yaris has seats removed & lightweight battery, camber bolts and Goodyear Supersports

    • @thiscocks
      @thiscocks 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Shows how good the yaris is if the evo has 400hp! So you can also ignore what danny nobhead wrote above

    • @sodazman
      @sodazman 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@StottyZr Good video. FYI, a 9 turbo won't really make 420hp. I have both - an Evo 450hp and the GR (stock engine, Intake, Exhaust, DTUK reflash, Shockworks coils). The Evo easily pulls multiple car lengths on it. Cornering wise they're pretty close. The GR is way more comfortable but I need to lower the seats soon as my head touches the roof with the helmet on.
