Hello! Thanks for putting this video together. It is def helping get more familiar with Zoho Marketing Automations. However, it would have been great is you started the video with general detailed description of what this app actually is/does. Would help clarify my confusion and direct my learning.

Appreciate the videos, thanks for putting them out there! Just some constructive feedback, switching the views back and forth between the application screen share and full screen camera of yourself is distracting. Other than that, keep up the great work!

@@Clientric For me, that solution would be ideal. I think starting and ending the video with full screen camera is great, just the full screen in the middle and flipping back and forth is kind of weird and makes it harder to follow.
Thanks for the info, its a nice change from some of the videos I've seen out there. Q- We are just starting with a new project/platform for a creator. We love the Zoho Marketing Hub value... Do we also need the Zoho CRM to use with this Hub or does Zoho Marketing Hub have one integrated already? Thanks in advance for all your help.
Thanks, Michael, I appreciate your kind words! Zoho Marketing Automation does not come with a CRM, there are a few different CRMs you can use with it if you'd like however Zoho CRM will be the easiest to integrate within the long run. They are actually releasing a new version of Marketing Automation which will be quite an improvement hopefully for Beta release in April of 2022, so it's going to get even better over the next couple of months! If you don't mind me asking about your Creator project, what are you looking to accomplish with it? We've hit some pretty significant blockers in what we can do with Creator as we've expanded our development and have decided to move away from it for some fundamental development issues they need to work through. I really should do a video on what we've found out!
@@Clientric I'm not sure what the "Creator" your speaking about, I'm assuming software 😋. The creator I'm working with is a writer, sorry teller, working on her brand. She's getting ready for a launch of a her new book. Thanks for the heads up with the new version of Marketing Automation that's coming. Michael, that’s too funny!! Zoho has a tool that is also called Creator, and in your context it sounded a little odd, but that’s all I could think of when you mentioned it. Now that makes waaaay more sense 🤣. My pleasure! Wishing you all the best with your new Creator haha
Hi Mohamad! Zoho Marketing Automation does have A/B Testing. If you go to Email Campaigns in MA, then on the bottom left hand side you will see "Campaign Types". Under this listing you will see A/B Test Campaign.
