I'm 5 months post op. The first 3 months are psychologically the most difficult based on my experience. I felt like the rest of my face wasn't like myself initially. Top lip looked longer. Eyes looked hollow. Tip was too elevated. It will change so much and slowly you will look more like yourself.
This! I’ve been wondering why the rest of my face looks so different but I couldn’t find the words to explain it… Thank you so much! February 8 will be the end of three months so I’ll pray for patience 🙄
Im 3 months now and feel this 100000% its taken a huge huge tole on my mental health & keep reminding myself im still healing but god do i still feel so much regret
I needed to read this..thank you..one month post revision rhinoplasty and I'm not happy with my nose shape at the moment..my nose will not be 100% symmetrical unfortunately because of my first surgery where the Dr messed up my nose and nostrils (he took more tissue from one side than another and stitched it back in a different positions) so some things unfortunately the Dr I choose to do my revision can't fixed.. But this time he used rib cartilage and I'm finding it hard to get use to it..sometimes I feel like my bridge is too high..sometimes I feel like my tip still needs to drop tremendously..trying to be patient because isn't easy at all
@@kendraaa94 What kind of regret do you feel? I just put in my deposit. Looking to go as soon as September. Would love some insight. So nervous about the psychological effects.
babe u look amazinggggggg! my surgery is in a few weeks & the only part I’m worried abt is anesthesia since I’m so sensitive to stuff like that..do you have any tips?
Love this!! In your Q & A can you please talk about some of your thoughts and feelings leading up to your decision to get a rhinoplasty? And how you saved $ for the procedure? Hope that’s not too intrusive!
@@nikki.mcqueen thank you so much! I thought I’d give you an update: I’ve had the surgery- it went great I already love the new shape. My rib is sore (like I ran and now have a stitch). The hospital stay was great, the nurses were attentive - so far, so good! ❤️
How long do they recommend to stay before you have to live back home..? 1week or 2 weeks? Also how much did it cost for the surgery..? Your nose looks very good
For the first week you can’t move any air in or out because they pack it with an inflatable. After they remove the balloon (after 7 days) then you can sneeze regularly. My doctor said I’m not allowed to put anything in my nose (no picking boogers) AND not to blow my nose until after 2 months. You have to rinse your nose with saline + water frequently so that you won’t ever need to blow your nose. I hope this helps!
omgg i went to the same doctor and stayed in the same hotel also during your consultation did he asked you if you wanted a natural result? if so what did you say???
He asked me if I wanted something in between natural and not natural and I told him I was thinking the exact same thing! I also brought him a collage of pictures of noses I liked so that he could see what I wanted.
Hello, please can you share who your doctor is? I’ve been searching for one for almost a week and can’t find any. Your results is so beautiful. I’ll really appreciate it. Thank you!
How much was your visa if you don’t mind me asking? Did u buy it when u arrived? Was it hard navigating the airport and not knowing Turkish? were u lost?
That’s a really great question that I wish I would’ve known the answer to before I went! I’m gonna do an in-depth Q&A to answer these questions because the info can get tricky. Look out for it next Sunday!
I travelled with my mom! And we felt super safe. I would HIGHLY suggest learning some Turkish before you go though. It made me feel more comfortable to know what people are saying + people love to see you making an effort
Thanks! I haven’t talked about prices but I think I’m going to do an in-depth video on all of the FAQ. And this one will def be near the top of the list
I don’t believe they gave me anything for nausea but then again I wasn’t nauseous after… and I only had to stop eating from 3am the night before which I thought was super late but hey I’m not the expert 🤷🏽♀️
How much was the total cost, surgery, travel.. everything included? I would like to get an estimate on how much I need to be saving 😭 also what is the doctors social media?
It was a decent price! But I’m going to break down everything in my next Q&A video next Sunday! It can get confusing and it’s wayyy to much to type in a comment haha

I can’t be too sure because it was so far in advance but I think about 5 months in advance
What type of tape material caused the allergic reaction? I’m allergic to latex so I’m scared now 😭

Is it ok to sneeze as usual after a nose job?
It is! At first your nose is packed so it’s actually impossible to sneeze through your nose but afterwards you should be sneezing like normal
