- The circle reflectors on the back of the #2ndGenSequoia were just begging for an upgrade so we removed them and replaced them with 600 lumens of power on each corner. The install shouldn’t take you more than an hour and you’ll be happy you did. The rear light can serve as chase lights or rear scene lights while #overlanding or even as rear fog lights or even tow lights so you can see your trailer when backing up. The lights we used were KC Hilites Cyclone V2’s and you can find them directly on #KCHilites website here: www.kchilites....

dude! i just bought my tree a week ago, i saw the factory rear markers and thought "wtf? ew gotta go"... fast forward one week here you are with this fabulous upgrade! thanks cool guy i got myself a set in clear/black and cant wait to throw them on

It would be cool to wire them to your turn signals. It would work as lights in the back and turn signals
You can totally tap into the hitch harness for that.
I came here to say 2 things, 1st- I love your vids, I have a 2nd gen just like yours and you have given me so many great ideas, 2nd - i gotta bust your balls on this "the sequoia already sits. . . .i'd say 4 feet up off the ground" 😂, bro, that light is like 2 feet up off the ground lmao, but close enough I guess! Anyway, seriously, thanks for the vid, I'm definitely gonna try this mod!

a dual function version of this that can be a running/chase fog light, and a bright white backup light when in reverse would be really nice. gotta see if someone makes one
Dual “switchback” leds haven’t made their way into the higher end brands because the light output sacrifice. You can totally make one by mounting a clear s1 next to an s2 and program your spod or PowerSwitch to command one light off the same channel

In Europe, all vehicles come with one of these lights in every corner of the rear. All bmw and mercedes.
