Thank you. I bought a used bumper that was built for a Tundra but PO had it on a Sequoia and I wasn’t sure how it fits. This video makes it super clear. So again, thank you for making this video.
Great, great look and install video. Thank you so much for sharing. I’ve been wanting to do a similar bumper for my 2017 Tundra but am hoping to find an aluminum one to reduce the weight
Next dear I hit I’m going with this setup for my 2019 instead of replacing the stock one again. When it all said and done was the cost around 3K ? Thanks for sharing your Sequoia looks great and your dog looked very comfortable laying in his bed watching you , I’m sure it’s a great helper :-)
Thanks for the vdo! I'd like to replicate of what you have for front bumper, baja fog lights. Could you please provide links to this bumper, an extra trim of that cutoff bumper, as well as fog light?
Looks awesome! Is Tandem Off-road still the only ones making a bumper that integrates the radar cruise control sensor? I’ve thought about getting a tundra bumper because I want a new grille anyway. Have you heard of anyone relocating the cruise control sensor into the grille with a tundra grille and tundra off-road bumper? My radar cruise works great and I’d hate to lose it.
Yes. Tandem is for sure the only one at the moment who makes it. Especially for that location. I bet you could totally relocate to the grill and get a tundra grill. It mounts with three 10mm bolts, should be super easy.
Did you have to mod the grille at all to fit with the Tundra upper valance/bumper cap? I've read the Sequoia grille is a different length than the Tundra grilles but yours seems to fit fine. Also, does this install basically mean that most 14+ bumpers would fit the Sequoia so long as that bumper cap is in place? I.e., the cutoff line for 14+ is essentially the same as the bottom of the bumper cap on the 07-13?
@@CoolGuyClub thanks, just watched again. Doesn't seem you had to trim the grille or valance so I reckon that means they work together without mods. Keep posting Tree content; very inspiring
What year is your Sequoia? Are those stock headlights? I have a 2011, lifted with 33s. Seriously considering this mod. Does your original skid plate still fit? I have to drive 3 miles of grave from my home to get to any asphalt and w/o a skid plate, I'll end up with chirping belt/pullies...
It’s a 2012. No they are alpha Rex headlights. All original skid plates, and hardware fit. I have since upgraded my skid plate to an RCI skid plate and that fits perfectly as well.
@@CoolGuyClubjust wondering how this works or if you picked the tundra bumper and will that fit ? I have this one and wanted to get my wife one for her sequoia?
A few hours ago a Dump truck in front of me hit a huge construction barrel on the highway and threw it into my lane……guess why I’m viewing this video right now.
@@CoolGuyClubyup all good. Broke the bumper, fog light assembly, head lamp assembly, and bent the driver fender just a hair. Trying to decide if I want a new OEM bumper shell or an aftermarket for more money. Shes a 2008 with 219k trouble free miles.

Thanks so much for watching and congrats on your bumper!
Looks like a pretty serious diy. Nice job. Your Sequoia is looking amazing. I hear you about the expensive mods....need more $$.
Thank you! It took a few days to prep everything but the install was pretty smooth actually. It helps to have a helping hand. (Or patient wife lol)
Awesome built looks amazing

You got it.

I just posted a recent video with all the links to all the products on the rig. Hopefully you’ll find the answers you need there.
How many cans of Steel It did you use? Looks great.
The whole bumper was only 2
Great! Planning out mine now. Thanks for the response! Love your content, keep it coming! @@CoolGuyClub
So this bumper is technically for a tundra but will fit the sequoia?
Do you have a link for the goggles?
Thank you for the video, what was the reason you went with this bumper over another one like maybe the Tandem?
Thanks
2 big reasons. 1. Price. 2. Lead times. C4 had a two week lead time, offered a bull bar and was cheaper than any other option.
Dude...... that Beast looks amazing!!!!! Question did you ever do a video on your rock sliders??
I didn’t. My welds were poop and I didn’t want weld nerds crucifying me
@CoolGuyClub LOL Yeah all the keyboard experts would have come out in droves!! 😂 Where did you buy them from, Tandem?
Tandem indeed. Welded them on myself
@CoolGuyClub Cool. Thank you. Props on your build dude. It looks like a,real Beast. 😎👍
Thank you thank you!!
seems you forgot to post a video? when did the new grill get added?
Made that a short :) I did it too quickly.

Sweet - thanks for the update. Just subbed.
How much has your front end sagged with the new heavier bumper? What winch will you be running?
It actually hasn’t sagged at all yet. I’m still deciding on my winch sadly.
@@CoolGuyClub wow, that's impressive and surprising given how heavy it is. Any idea on the spring rate you have up front?

is this the Tundra 2nd gen bumper on C4 fab website?
Indeed.
What light panel are you using?
Garmin power switch. I love it
