Those are competitors, but alternatives like Xeryon's micro actuators are also worth considering. We needed a small, fast & precise actuator but with a longer stroke than voice coils and found them to be a perfect solution. They also hold their position when powered off.

@@jrmitch85 i find it super hard to get my hands on as a private person 😅. But thank you. I received an offer from a German company. They want 1400 bucks per voice coil

@@jrmitch85 hey thanks 🙏. Sounds like you work with them personally ? 😂 I wrote this other company and they send me this 5 page questionaire thingy. One question was if I trust my workers ? Or if they are sane enough to handle to this. They make you feel like you are buying some kind of weapon . I am wondering if that's normal .
