I was already sold on this boat when you did the first tour of it. It is the first boat I would purchase if I came into some real money. The interior of this boat and the safety features are top-notch. I like the fact that it looks like a fishing trawler instead of a comfortable private yacht.

That way as captain you would be in charge of the boat and your wife would be in charge of the crew lol. Those tri hulls are the Navy's new LCS (Littoral Combat Ship). It's a multi role combat ship. Fully loaded it has a draft of 10 foot and is designed to be near shore support. They claim the top speed is 44 knots but I was on a Spruance class destroyer and our stated top speed was 32 knots and I can tell you we did well over that with just over 160,000 horsepower.

If given a choice this would be my pick. The inbuilt redundancy.range, refridgeration and seaworthiness are winners for me.I would trust this builder to produce an exceptional vessel.I liked the fact he allowed the engines to circulate some oil and warm up unlike some who would be full throttle at first opportunity. The little things count. And made in America just makes the choice even easier.

I’m always curious about battery bank sizes and Bering was the first to put a sizable amount. Upgrade that to LifePo4’s and I bet it could sit at anchor for 5 days without running a generator. Plus the mains can charge the batteries while underway. I haven’t seen many yachts that the mains will charge the house batteries.
