Life Long Idahoan 65 years. Did that trip this summer. Done a lot of wild and crazy things on Idaho's amazing river but this trip is on the top 3. It was amazing. Highly recommend and we will be doing it again!
Not all of Idaho looks like that, the whole southern section is farming country. You were on Hwy 95 I believe, I was trying to identify exactly where you did the piece next to the highway. Yes, motorcyclists love riding up and down the state. The road to Lowman, Stanley, Challis, is even more scenic, if I had known you in the area we could have taken a ride up there. Yes, We enjoy you coming to visit, stay awhile, spend your money, then you need to go home... (just kidding...sort of...) People love us so much a large of section of Oregon and Washington wants to join our state. (seeing alot of Washington and California plates lately and they aren't tourists...)
No place better than N Idaho! (Idahoans). From the Canadian border to the bottom of the state our diversity can’t be beat. Sheila, your planning and itinerary has been top drawer! Can’t wait for the next one,

We’re Idahoans 😎 and if you wanna up the adrenaline, do that same trip in the spring when the weather is cooler, and the river is at flood stage. Those smaller rapids are insane!
Beautiful and Yes more adventure! When we took a vacation to Yellowstone when our kids were young we went on a white water raft in the rapids and our guide let us all do the taco movement with our raft.....you should try this! Y'all are in a heat wave that is not very normal for up there.
The best part for me was seeing how “married “ you are and then your affection for each other. We’re in “the weeds “ stage and it has definitely put a strain on us.. I know it’s only going to prove even more we get through thick and thin.
I live in Eastern Oregon and today is 115°. You guys should come to Oregon. Stop by Baker City and go to the Oregon trail interpretative center. It's a great place to see. You can see the wagon ruts. Then come to Pendleton and go on the underground tour of Pendleton. It's really good. P.S. I enjoy hearing Todd's history stories. Stay cool, The Corey's
