This routine is pretty much what I do as well. I haven’t been doing eyeshadow lately, just liner and mascara, I too work from home, I’m an Early Childhood educator and watch 5 children, while my daughter is off to school. I do my makeup everyday too and like you I feel put together. My hair is like yours as well straight or I use the flat iron the same way. Thank you for sharing! xoxo

Hi Ashley! I also use the same Revlon foundation & Rimmel powder. I love love the Maybelline Matte Ink lipsticks & I love that they stay on all day! Thanks for sharing how you curl your hair with a straightener. My straightener is more flat so I’m assuming I would need a round one to curl my hair?!
It probably helps to have the roundness for the curls.

Lancome has my favorite blush, itd be really pretty on you too! It’s called blushing tremor. And i have some of their shadows ans they do have a lot of fall out, but i do like them a lot.
I lived their makeup but it got so pricey.
I’m trying to do better about getting ready every day. It’s a struggle though! Let me tell ya!😂 I used to only fix my hair and put on makeup once a week. Now I’m up to 4 times a week!😁 You’ve inspired me girl!!! Thanks for sharing!! Love your hair! It’s getting so long!😊

I came over from Kristen Kasper's channel. You remind me a lot of her because y'all are so down to earth and I am so glad to finally find a TH-camr besides Kristen that your GRWM is real with their makeup. Not everyone can or wants to buy expensive high end makeup. And I follow a lot of people on here but your the very 1st real person I have found that uses drugstore makeup everyday and shows how you don't have to sell you kidney to buy makeup and to look pretty. I'm so glad to finally have stumbled across your channel. You have some great content and your so down yo earth.

I Love drug store make up but picking when it comes to finding the right foundation to match my skin, I’m definitely going to check out the revlon foundation. Love your skin can you do a skin routine & what products do you use. you have beautiful hair. thanks for sharing love your volgs.

Are those Equate brushes? I have the big powder one and will definitely be buying the others. They are great quality and even better than high end brushes I have. I use that Rimmel powder too. It is one of the only ones I've found that doesn't cause any oxidation.

Couldn’t find NYX at Walmart. Went to Target and found most of it. That store was out of the finishing spray in Matte but another one near me has it. It’s hot and humid here in So Cal and leaving for Florida on Thursday. Need this stuff to help me look presentable down there. Thanks for sharing. ?? Does the finishing spray or the base help your face not to sweat as much?

Does the wet and wild eyeliner stay in your waterline pretty well throughout the day? I have yet to find a good eyeliner for my waterline! 🙂
It does really well. Now if my allergies are bad and my eyes water then it comes off easier.
Loved this video. My hair is so fine and I have a lot of it. And its hot and humid here in Tennessee too. So I struggle with it holding it style too. I know its old school, but I still use hot rollers instead of a flat iron/straightener like you use. Every time I go to the salon to get my hair cut, I just about have to handcuff the stylist arm to keep her reaching for the straightener. It really makes my fine hair look like it is so flat and no volume. (Yes, I like big hair too) LOL!!
I remember my mom putting hot rollers in my hair!!she would put toilet paper behind my ear so they wouldn’t burn me! 😍☺️

A tip I’ve found to keep makeup on all day is to also let the primer soak in like you do your moisturizer, I have oily skin so I used the matte primer from rimmel it’s like 6 bucks. Also, I “bake” my foundation with loose powder and a fake beauty blender, I use makeup revolution baking powder from ulta, 8 dollars. It makes it look flawless, and
I wore it last weekend for my birthday and I woke up with the same amount of makeup on my dads the next morning (yes I’m terrible and slept in my makeup) Also I found a technique for applying my makeup that works really well is to start from the outside and bring it in. So don’t start from the inside of your face. You can still do as many coats as you want, but that way your building up the coverage versus slapping on 3 coats right into the middle of your face which inevitably gets the oiliest. Thank you so much for sharing this video. One of my passions is makeup and I feel like as of late I’ve lost a lot of my passion, but I’m going to start wearing makeup every day again, I’ve started this week and it just adds so much life into my day. ❤️
Also, I don’t know how you are with cream products. But one of my favorite eyeshadow products for every day is the revlon illuminance cream shadow in “not just nudes” it’s a bit more expensive 5-7 dollars but it has 4 colors for an entire look. And it seems to me like outside of cleaning this is something you’re really passionate about, so to me it’s worth it.
I am just starting to use my straightener to curl my hair. It’s tricky because my hair is not even shoulder length and it has sooo many layers. I’m liking it though. I don’t do make-up everyday but understand what you say about why you do. My Mom was like that. I’ll have to try the primer too because I have large pores. I also have to do as another product for my rosacea.
I love the curls the straightener gives! Once you get the hang of it then it’s easy.

Please tell me the brand of your flat iron! It’s not in your amazon store. Mine doesn’t work well with curling so I’m looking for a new one, but so many TH-camrs use T3 and other brands that more than I want to spend.
This is just a cheap $20 flat iron from Tj Maxx. I prefer Chi irons but mine broke about a year ago and I haven’t replaced it yet.

They are lash extensions. You don’t need Mascara when you have them.
