    Maybe try to explain raising the crown by the rotation of the occipital joint instead of pushing up. It allows for a better feeling of hanging

    that first neck position I see on most people because they are looking into their cell phones at least 40 % of the day

      Yes it was bad enough with looking at the computer all day but now it's so much worse with cell phones
