For someone who has suffered with hyperhidrosis my entire life, believe me when I say that I have tried it all. Baking soda has helped me like you have no idea. I shower normally on a daily basis and at the very end I step away from the water and sprinkle baking soda all over my body and face and just rub it all over. Massage it and then rinse it off. You will notice a difference after about a week and a half and it’ll just get better as more time passes and you do this on a daily basis. As you notice a difference, you’ll be able to relax more which will help you as well because let’s face it, we start and stress it’s noticeable and that causes us to sweat more and it’s never ending. Also Because we (who are watching this video sweat more than others), you don’t have to worry as others would about your skin becoming too dry. Your skin will be super soft because you’re basically exfoliating daily. I ten put Nivea créeme all over, don’t over do it, just enough because your skin will ask for it after about a week. I def do put Nivea Creme at night before I go sleep, hydrated my skin while I sleep :) Whatever you do DO NOT use Sweat Block pads- these made my problem worse. 100%. Sweat will find a way to come out so if you block a few pores here and there- you will over compensate in other areas and will sweat in areas you had never sweated in or at least never paid much attention to. Trust me just try the baking soda. I fill up a plastic container and keep it in my shower and just stick my hand in and scoop it up and rub just as if you were putting on body lotion. Then rinse and pay dry. Good luck guys. Trust me I get it.
Earl Williams - I’ve had surgeries and have done most treatments from Botox to eléctrical little appliances to put your hands and feet in to towelettes to deodorants and pills, and they clearly do NOT work otherwise we would not have ple with hyperhidrosis. It’s easy to say use a cloth like sweat block and use that deodorant but 1-they do not work on everyone and 2-the ingredients have been found yes scientifically to cause cancer. Go to a doctor and they’ll give you more pills and then more pills for whatever side effects those pills have caused.
As The Name Suggests - clearly you do not have hyperhidrosis otherwise you’d know that you can NOT be soaked in sweat and have sensitive skin where baking soda of all products will hurt you. Sweating and feeling that it is excessive is different from having hyperhidrosis. Those w hyperhidrosis know this. You could use exfoliants daily and with a good thick creme (not greasy) as I have repeatedly stated-Nivea Creme- you will not worry about dry skin. If you do have sensitive skin- good luck using sweat block towelettes which will feel like they’re burning your skin. We have to be mindful of what we are putting in and on our body. Everything and anything leads to cancer- so popping pills will lead to side effects and having to pop more pills. Talcum for example for decades it was know that it caused cancer and you have Johnson & Johnson disregard those facts and continued to produce it as it was causing cancer and what do you have now????children who have died and women have died or are fighting cancer. Not they advertise that they are cancer fighters when they knowingly did this to people. And they’re paying on da gages and having to spend on research because the court ordered this. Those reading this, please be mindful of what you put in and on your body. I know it’s tough when you suffer from hyperhidrosis and don’t like stressing about sweating through your clothes but do try to find natural ways to stay cool and calm because gag will affect your psychoses which can make you produce even more sweat if stressed. Good luck :)
dReaMcAtChER Yes exactly! I literally pour with sweat from my face and I HAVE to take an electric fan on vacation or it’s unbearable. I’ll look around and everyone else is as dry as a bone! While I’m looking like someone’s holding the shower on my head.😭
@@sashaboo72 I'm the same, it was 26°c here in England the other day, I have problem with putting in a suncream and then just sweat it straight back off and burn, and like you say everyone else looks dry as a bone but I want to tan :( I'm worried about may next year as I'm going on holiday to the Dominican republic for 2 weeks :( and dont know what to do!
JoeChief1 I know. I really feel for you, and the only advice I can think of is to get a powerful hand held electric fan. I visited Greece last year and I carried it around constantly aiming it at my face. I still sweated more than anyone else, but only half as much as I normally do in that climate. I got it from amazon it’s called Skyocean. It’s rechargeable and I highly recommend it for your trip to Dominican Republic. Have a lovely time there! X

Well, making the excess sweating stop within 2 days was so much more than I expected, I went with what I talked about last week and after the first day or so I was very surprised to start feeling much more comfortable and dry! I went ahead and go'ogled the latest by Cynthia Yulesin and after 72 hours I now sweat like a “normal” person lol
