Staying lean and adding 5 to 7 lbs of muscle a year (especially being already in shape) = lots of good drugs. Not that's wrong but I wish guy like this would be honest about it. Because younger dudes get the wrong idea and then can do some stupid stuff to get that size too.
I've worked with guys who put on 20lbs a year not saying it's wise or what they are doing, but few pounds a year isn't impossible with right genetics and diet
@@jeffsymi a few pounds a year ( 1 1/2 to 2 1/2) of solid lean muscle, yes, but 5 to 7 on an athlete that has already been training for even 3 or 4 years is impossible without chemical enhancement. It's when guys like this guy (sure he's a nice dude in real life) don't tell the whole story you get kids that do the whole thing without the drugs, don't get the results and then turn bitter....it would just be better if guys were open about it. I know some don't want to admit it for business reasons, but then that puts their integrity at stake too. I sure as hell won't buy supps or anything from this dude because its intellectual dishonesty. We'll just have to agree to disagree....but I'm not alone in thinking this especially natural athletes who are some of my best friends.
I understand what your saying basically anyone you see in good shape now of days unless their under 25 and just have naturally high testosterone levels are taking something. I have videos with natural athletes on here and can tell the difference. If someone has larger size fir the most part they are taking something. Most of Hollywood as well you see Chris helmsworth when he's playing Thor and he's 20lbs heavier that's not just increasing calorie intake like everyone states. This athlete never claimed to be a natural athlete, so would hope most kids would realize that. You have to be fair though many won't mind talking openly about it, but legal reasons they don't in the states. I do feel that the kids are the ones now of days taking things into their own hands and doing crazy things which is very dangerous and it's against the advice of older experienced athletes.
@@jeffsymi I can accept this answer thank you Jeffery. And thank you for not coming after me. It usually doesn't bother me, I just roll my eyes, but today I had just had my workout and was pumped myself. You know how that goes....also just saw this one kid on instagram send me a follow request and said he was natural...I know the signs of use, capped shoulders and big traps...or least the very obvious ones. This kid had huge shoulders & traps but slightly larger legs & arms and was vascular as hell - 20 years old, claiming natural. Just makes you cynical...capiche ?
Is it me, or does Jeff look like a cross between Hugh Jackman and Chris Pratt?
Jeff is me the photographer bud Matt is athlete lol
@@jeffsymi Bahaha 🤦♂️
