    Thank you so much for making this video. I've not been trusting my watch that much but your video combined with my watch really helped today. I put a metronome as my music track set to 180. Thank you again. Best video I found on pacing

    Hello ma'am i am from india. I love to run. Recently I ran half marathon successfully. I am facing IT band issue now a days bt after watching ur video help me out to recover the same.     I actually love running with no music. I tend to zone out of my surroundings and focus on the music than the run. I just put on my watch and run
