I don't know if you'll get this but I trying to help a friend fix it. It had a solid number too. I cleaned all the parts and did things like several things I saw that you had talked about and now it's flashing and it won't start. Also the sanitizer yellow light is on and staying on
When you start the clean cycle the sump will empty and fill three times. On the last empty the add light on the display will come on it's telling you to add the descaler. The system will add the extra water until the sensor senses its full and will run clean cycle
The Scotsman's I work on you'll be scrubbing the whole cycle or more manually...you need to clean the thickness sensor and water bath sensor as well. Never see this shown. Soak them in your cleaning solution/delimer
Hello. I have a Scotsman C0322 machine that has a damaged compressor. The current compressor model aka9438zxd works in a temperature range -20ºC to +10Cº... However, this compressor is not available in Brazil... Can I replace one that works in the temperature range -40ºC to -10ºC?
I’m cleaning one now and I emptied all the ice out because the some of the sanitizing solution spills on to the ice while cleaning. But u can flatten the ice out with the scoop and place a plastic trash bag on top to catch any chemical solution from landing on the ice too if u don’t want to take all the ice out
Question, my machine after the first press of the clean button flashes both C and the yellow sanitize light, but after some time, both turn solid and a second Clean button press does nothing. Looks like this model, but perhaps it is different. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Good tip on waiting before adding your descale solution. I've dumped more than a few ounces thru the purge cycle too soon!!

Also remove the water diffuser on top of the evaporator. Always filled with calcium and worse.

On The CO322 If The Reservoir Is Not Emptying Out After The Purge/ Cleaning What Reason Could That Be ?

i have a similar issue. i think its its the control board because power comes straight from the board. and the board doesn't show any error codes.
That's normal. The service manual calls it "anti-slush".
You forgot the instructions on eliminating the amber light

Need to be patient. Second press of C make it flush system with water
