Kako mi je drago Ana da tako lijepo sviraš našu glazbu(venezuelanska) Baš često i ja sviram sve ove komade ali na fagotu. Sjećam se Maestra Laura iz konzervatorija u Maracayu, gdje on mi je bio profesor solfeggia davno 1976 godine.
Ne znam koji je ljepši valcer od kojega. I ja i moja sestra Tatjana svaka navija za "svoj". Cista elegancija: i Maestro Lauro i Maestra Ana. Pozdrav iz Pule

Lauro's poetry is so captivating that a man with St.Vitus' Dance once persuaded me to teach him Valse Criollo by ear. He mastered it and did not twitch once while playing it.
What an aerial touch in this playing! She plays these Venezuelan Pieces with so much space in it that I can nothing but enjoy. Thank you Ana for always fulfilling my dreams.

I thought that nobody could play Vals Venezolano better than John Williams until I heard you. Incredible playing, beautiful phrasing of the music. Superb interpretation!
she’s great but i prefer john williams. his recordings of lauro are unsurpassed.
A bit too much vibrato and sappy romantic influence. These are supposed to pump with syncopation and rhythm and the constant slowing down messes with the rhythmic flow. This dude is the best at lauro: th-cam.com/video/nxJeolPK2d8/w-d-xo.html

I have not seen everyone of her performances but in all the ones I’ve seen, a good number of them, I haven’t seen Anna have any problems at all. She is definitely a virtuoso guitarist

Would you be able to send me a link? I cannot disagree or agree until I hear. We all have our days though. sometimes I sound amazing, and sometimes I sound clueless. I don’t compare to her anyway but I’m just saying that it could have been one of those days for her and not necessarily a tendency
@@viarnay I realize how subjective this is but I will freely and without any issues tell you that you don’t know what you’re talking about. I listen to too, not just one Piazolla performances. She’s every bit as fantastic as you fail to see it. My only knock is of her guitar being out of tune but her interpretation, her expression and technique are flawless. We can respectfully disagree
