    I just did a blood test and found (to my joy) that I have high natural testosterone levels, but I also have well above average estrogen. This is reflected in my physique with good upper body development but more butt, thigh, and tricep fat than an average man. I just want to lower my estrogen 20-50% while keeping my testosterone but my stupid ass doctor wont give me any useful prescription. Isn't there something I can do legally to just get a moderate reduction in estrogen?
    P.S. Why the hell am I allowed to spend 10s of thousands of dollars on plastic surgery but I cannot even get a prescription for something with only moderate side effects?

      I would be curious as to what you have found in the year since you posted this, Obviously sleep hygiene, control of chronic stress, & diet (especially eliminating soy or other phytoestrogens) would all be great places to start. You said you are carrying what you feel is an abnormal amount of fat in areas where women genuinely carry it vs the midsection. I don't know what your bodyfat % is but I am sure you know that the more fat you have the more test you will convert to estrogen which is a rather sick joke if you ask me. You may just need to be proactive about reducing body fat to bring that estrogen under control & then continue to be proactive about controlling cortisol & other things that will cause aromatization like beer. Trying herbal supplements like grape seed extract ect definitely wouldn't hurt (or shouldn't) & would be safer than a prescription AI which will most likely cause you to tank your estrogen vs reducing it to a "normal" range as I am sure you know low estrogen can suck as bad as high estrogen as far as functioning & feeling well.

      Just ordered armistane after coming off a cycle. This is my first time, was wondering if using armistane brings your hormone levels back to normal after standard 30 day usage?

    • @travelreview5962
      @travelreview5962 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@TheRealK33N okay that is a complicated question and please read this all the way through but the answer is... yes it will help. It will prevent your testosterone (or a good portion of it) from converting to estrogen which will yield a higher testosterone level than you would've had without taking it. Typically when I come off cycle (the cycles I have done are very light but they still shut me down 100%) my estrogen tries to go through the roof while my body is trying to figure out how to fix what I just did to it and this AI will keep me from having any gyno or other high estrogen symptoms and my test high enough that I feel fine at work. But this is not the best PCT. I would not recommend this for anything more than a light cycle. Also I would need more knowledge about your cycle before being able to give my opinion on what I feel is and is not a good idea.

    • @TheRealK33N
      @TheRealK33N 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@travelreview5962 I used ostaplex from high tech pharmaceuticals for 30 days. For PCT I have been using arimiplex from the same brand (which has 37.5 mg of ye active ingredient of arimistane). Two weeks into my PCT (this past weekend) I noticed that my motivation was dropping and that my moods were all over the place, as well as what liked to be earth gyno symptoms. I’ve now ordered arimistane which has 50mg of the same active ingredient, because the whole idea of having gyno scares the shit out of me.

    • @travelreview5962
      @travelreview5962 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@TheRealK33N damn this is gonna be a long answer. First off you're fine, everything is all good. As long as your nipples don't hurt or itch then you're okay. If they do hurt or itch just continue with what you're taking and it should go away quickly but...I really doubt you'll have any gyno issues. Next... don't use Ostaplex next time. That is a 19nor prohormone. It is not the best thing for gains and it can shut you down much longer than something like 1-test or 4-ad by high-tech. If you take 1 4-ad pill per day with 2 1-testosterone pills you will get bigger, can run a longer cycle, and pct faster. I highly recommend you do some more research though homie. The shit is interesting and fun to learn about and you can save yourself a lot of problems and mental worrying. Understand though that a pct is not a fix all. For many people they're test will never return to what it was originally. You'll be fine but sometimes these things have long term effects. Again I'm not saying don't do it, just research it so if you do decide to do it you will get better results and have more peace of mind. You're doing the right thing though so you're cool. Also... that cycle I lined out will put much more muscle of your frame. Keep the AI on hand, learn the difference between testosterone, DHT, and 19nor test derivatives and have fun 👍

    • @travelreview5962
      @travelreview5962 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@TheRealK33N also man 30 days is really short. These things can be ran 8-12 weeks so you're fine. If you didn't notice your nuts shrink up your body was very likely still producing its own hormones. Probably not 100% but you didn't knock yourself into the gutter. Which btw the cycle i lined out will do if you take for 8+ weeks

    QUESTION: Hi Doc, I really love the series, keep it up. My question is regarding DHEA. First, if used and then later discontinued, will my Dhea Levels plummet (which might plummet testosterone and estrogen as well due to conversion cycle), such in exogenous testosterone? Second, my estrogen has always been low, 23pg/ml - normal range 27-52pg/ml (I am natural), thus my joints not only feel achy, but more importantly I keep injuring my spine with most random movements like playing basketball and running, basically movements where spine injuries shouldn’t happen. I do not want to jump on TRT or Deca despite having healthy levels just to treat my spine. Can Dhea help in that regard? If it boosts testosterone, which is a side bonus, has there been studies done how much it can increase vs. the increase in estrogen?

    • @GlorifiedGremlin
      @GlorifiedGremlin 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      If you're intentionally trying to elevate estrogen, regular DHEA might be a good choice. It'll eventually convert itself into testosterone which will aromatize and bring your E levels up. However that could go over the top and bring you too high. 4-DHEA will also aromatize, but it's incapable of interacting with the estrogen receptors, rendering the estrogen pointless and preventing gyno and such. 4 DHEA doesn't suppress you much either, not sure about normal DHEA as I don't have the same experience or research knowledge. I wouldn't be too concerned about DHEA levels crashing after coming off personally, I'd be more worried about my testosterone levels and making sure I'm not suppressed, low DHEA is far less invasive and problematic than low test OR E
