Bottle ഒഴിവാക്കുക completly.. എന്നിട്ട് breast try ചെയ്യുക. ആദ്യം നല്ല ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് ഉണ്ടാകു.. കുടിക്കാൻ കൂട്ടക്കില്ല.. So ആ time spoonfeed ചെയ്യുക.. ആദ്യം breast കൊടുത്തു നോക്കുക.. കുഞ്ഞിനെ ബ്രേസ്റ്റിൽ കൊണ്ട് വരും മുൻപ് അല്പം breatmilk നിപ്പിളിൽ apply ചെയ്യുക..spoon feed കൊടുക്കുക, alternate ആയി breast കൊടുക്കുക.. കരഞ്ഞാലും ബോട്ടിൽ കൊടുക്കരുത്.. അപ്പൊ സ്പൂനിൽ കൊടുത്തു വിശപ്പ് മാറ്റുക. Next time breast try... U can do it...
